Caravan Description
Pet friendly static caravan benefits from having double glazing, central heating and a south facing decking area at the quiet, well-kept Sundowner Holiday Park in Great Yarmouth in Norfolk.
This is a spacious and well equipped caravan with full central heating. The large lounge/diner has a TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, a gas fire, and a pull-out double bed.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need and also includes a microwave and toaster.
Large main bedroom boasts an en-suite toilet, a TV and ample storage space. Second bedroom includes two single beds and storage cupboards. Pillows and duvets are provided, but not bed linen.
There is a toilet with a washbasin and excellent shower.
Outside we have a south facing decking area and parking on the driveway at the side of the caravan for up to two cars.
Bookings and conditions
We require a refundable deposit of £75 in case of damage or cancellation is to be paid upon booking. This will be refunded once the caravan has been checked after your departure.
Remaining balance is to be paid 4 weeks before your holiday starts.
Short breaks are available between March and June.
The caravan must be left clean and tidy.
Only available to couples and families. (No all male/female parties)

Hemsby is a 10 minute walk away, which has all you need for a great holiday, this includes fair, go karts, amusements, cafes and family friendly pubs.
Caravan must be vacated by 10 am on day of departure
