Caravan Description
This 2011, 3 bedroom, 8 berth holiday home is situated on a compact, privately owned site which is open 11 months of the year.
The holiday home benefits from gas central heating and double glazing throughout.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, gas cooker, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and various kitchen utensils. In the dining area is a table and chairs.
The large lounge has a 3 and 2 seater settee, the 3 seater converting into a sofa bed. There is also a gas fire, table lamp, a flat screen Freeview TV and DVD player.
The double bedroom has a six draw chest and plenty of cupboard space, along with a door leading to an en-suite shower and toilet, which can also be accessed from the hallway. Two further twin bedded bedrooms both have cupboard and wardrobe space.
As well as the shower room there is a second toilet off the hallway.
Strictly no smoking allowed in any area inside this holiday home.
Gas and electricity is included in the hire price.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, balance to be paid 28 days prior to booked dates payment by cash cheque or BACs transfer please contact the owner for details, short notice payments to be agreed.

About the Area
Newlands Caravan Park is a small park in Heacham, Norfolk.The dog friendly beach is just a 5-10 minute walk away and there is a comprehensively stocked shop on the adjoining caravan site.
There is a Co-op, Tesco, chemist, butchers, bakers, post office, friendly public houses, fish and chip shop, Chinese and Indian takeaways all about a mile into the centre of the village.
Hunstanton is a very popular and unspoilt town, approximately 3 miles away, which can be reached by walking along the north beach if you feel energetic or by the local bus service. Of its many attractions there is an indoor swimming pool and Sea Life Centre.
Bus service to Kings Lynn and surrounding villages including Sandringham are every 30 minutes (nearest bus stop opposite the keep left signs at road junction).
There is a doctors' surgery in the village, opposite the Fox and Hounds public house.
The nearest hospital is the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Kings Lynn
