Caravan Description
Available for 11 months of the year is our holiday caravan with large decking on Manor Park Holiday Village in Hunstanton, sitting in an end position on ‘Tudor’.
Our holiday caravan has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 guests . Large comfortable double , one twin room , there is a sofa bed in the lounge with an added mattress topper for extra comfort , there is large gated decking ,making it secure for children and pets , it is well equipped for your holiday ,including a ninja7/1 air fryer plus sauces ,tea,coffee,sugar,sweetners,kitchen roll,toilet rolls,cling film foil disposable dishcloth washing up liquid tea towel bath mat plus much more everything you would need whilst staying , there is new oil filled radiators provided for those winter months and additional heating if required getting to temp 24 deg , very efficient gas fire in the homely lounge , the caravan is situated on an end so no caravans infront of you ,enabling the full sun all day ,with beautiful sun sets whilst sitting on the decking enjoying a glass of wine on those warm evening .
Electric cars are not permitted to be charged on my caravan electric , if found doing this the damage / cleanliness waver will not be returned .
Bedding can be provided at an additional cost of £45, with towels provided and beds made up ready for your arrival. For 6 people , or £10 per person
It is very dog friendly and has been fully modernised inside, making it a homely welcoming caravan , ideal for 11 months of the yr for those much needed breaks
Oil filled radiators are provided throughout, so the caravan is warm and cozy in winter also with a very efficient gas fire in the lounge for additional heating electric blankets provided for that extra cozy warm bed .
Bookings & Conditions
A £50 deposit is required on booking. The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks before the holiday start date.
An £75 damage/ cleanliness waver is also required, which will be refunded after the caravan has been inspected following your departure and no loss, damage and/or breakages found or the need for an excessive clean.

Manor Park Holiday Village is a Parkdean Resort in Hunstanton, Norfolk, which offers many facilities on site, including a clubhouse and pool. Passes are available to purchase at Reception – these are not included in our hire price. Facilities close down after the October half term and reopen in March half term
Manor Park is close to beaches, a fair and a Tesco supermarket, with main shops being found a short walk away in town.

Beautiful walks along the coastal paths ,or through the sandrigham estate .stopping for a coffee or hot chocolate in the shop ,take a trip to wells to do some crab netting with the children , the beach is beautiful , go further around the coast for the day ,visit the many shops ,or just stay local to hunstanton ,enjoy the open air cinemas and live music in the green or sit and watch the world go by on the promenade , the north norfolk coast has a lot to offer for everyone
