Our caravan is located in the exclusive ‘Windsor’ area of Manor Park in Hunstanton, and just a 2-minute walk from the on-site facilities. It really is in a premium and well-situated spot.

Thank you for viewing our lovely holiday home.
The caravan is fully central heated and for 2022 we will have decking and *AIR
CONDITIONING* too! It is always deep cleaned and fully disinfected between
guests.
The caravan is of a very high standard and very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday - a real home from home.
Sleeping 6 guests, our caravan comprises:
Master Bedroom - with king size bed, large wardrobe (with lots of hangers), a dressing table with chair, and an en-suite containing a toilet and sink.
Twin Bedroom – with two, full size single beds and a single wardrobe (with lots of hangers).
Family Bathroom – with a large shower cubicle and powerful shower, a toilet and sink.
Rear Hallway: There is a separate door closing off the bathroom and bedroom areas from the main living/kitchen area Kitchen Area: the kitchen comes complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster, along with all cooking pots, pans and utensils.
There are plates, glasses, cutlery and everything else you will need to cook meals - you just need to bring your food!
Dining Area: In the dining area there is a large table with 6 chairs.
Lounge Area: In the main living area, there is a large L shaped sofa, a remote-controlled electric fire and a 42" TV.
Additional Information
You will need to bring your own towels. Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) can be provided at an extra cost of £25.00 or you may bring your own. Mattress and pillow protectors are provided however.
Wi-Fi is available on a ‘pay as you go’ basis. You will need to be on site to set this up.
Bookings & Conditions
No dogs or other pets are allowed.
Smoking or vaping in the caravan is strictly forbidden.
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
A £100 refundable security bond charge is required, payable with the balance.
Minimum stay of 3 nights. Dates/Number of Nights shown can be flexible - just message me
Check in is after 3pm . Check out is by 10am. These times can be flexible - just message me.
Passes
Entertainment and swimming pool passes can be purchased from reception.
These are not included in our hire price.
A short break pass for up to 8 people is £39 or a 7-day pass for up to 8 people is £57 (prices as of Sept 2021)
Location
At Manor Park Holiday Park in Hunstanton, there is ample entertainment for all, together with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The indoor/outdoor swimming pool, arcade, play area and club are just a 2 minute walk from our caravan.
Hunstanton is a lovely, picturesque town with plenty of things to do and is approximately a 10/15 minute walk from Manor Park. Facilities in the town include coffee shops, restaurants, fish & chip shops, lovely ice cream parlours, as well as shops. You may like to visit the Sea Life centre, indoor swimming pool, indoor bowls, tenpin bowling, gym and many other facilities. Children's amusements can be found along the beach promenade as well as an indoor amusement arcade further in the town. There is a bus service operating in the town, which takes you to Kings Lynn or in the opposite direction to various towns and on to Cromer. This can also be caught outside Tesco supermarket, which is a 5 minute (approx.) walk from the park. The surrounding areas are ideal for anyone who likes walking, bird watching etc.
Hunstanton and Old Hunstanton have some lovely walks passing beautiful gardens, bowling greens, children's play area, pitch and put. There are also lovely places to visit along the Norfolk coastline such as Wells-by-the-Sea, which has unusual shops. It is a small seaside town train takes you out to the sea front or you can walk, plus the children can go crabbing. Sheringham which is approximately 45 mins drive has its usual array of shops, cafés etc. plus a steam railway. Cromer which is further on has a pier where again the children can go crabbing. Holkham and Sandringham are beautiful places to visit and only a short drive away.
