Caravan Description

Sandringham 22: a modern, spacious, well presented, 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan on Manor Park Holiday Park, which is open 11 months of the year including Christmas & New Year - and this stunning caravan can be rented this whole period.

It is situated close to the site amenities and benefits from having central heating and double glazing and has everything you could need for a relaxing holiday.

This lovely caravan offers one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a double pull-out sofa bed in the living room and a very modern family bathroom, with a newly fitted shower, basin and toilet.

The open plan living area comprises a lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a full size gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery, plus an iron, ironing board and high chair. The lounge has a U-shaped sofa (incorporating the pull-out double bed), a 43" Smart TV and a remote control electric fire.

There is parking for two cars outside the caravan.

Bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra £25 per stay.

Wi-Fi is available on site, but is on a 'Pay as you go' basis through Parkdean. However, Wi-Fi is free in the club house.

Entertainment passes are purchased through the park reception. These are not included in our rental price.

Rental Booking Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required at the time of booking to secure your holiday. The remaining balance must be paid in full 4 weeks before your date of arrival.

Please feel free to either email or call me for the latest availability and prices.

A £50 refundable security deposit is also required on all bookings before arrival. This will be refundable within 7 days of you checking out, providing the caravan is left in the same condition as when you arrived, with no loss, damage and/or breakages, and no need for excess cleaning.

Location

Manor Park Holiday Park is a Parkdean site, located just a 5 minute walk from Hunstanton's lovely sandy beach, the fairground, shops, bars/restaurants, The Sea Life Centre, a theatre and amusement arcades etc.

Manor Park is open 11 months of the year including Christmas and New Year - and this stunning caravan can be rented this whole period. The site however, is closed from mid-January to mid-February.

On site you will find may facilities, including an outdoor play area; indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool; club house with daytime and evening entertainment; kids’ club; restaurant; sports bar; pool table and an amusement arcades.
