We hope you will love our little home by sea as much as we do .
If you love Norfolk and want a base to explore the local beaches and attractions or want to take the children away to a park that has so much to entertain them Hopton ticks all the boxes , it really does have something for all ages and is known as the "Garden By The Sea" with well maintained grounds and of course direct access onto Hopton Beach which is only a 10 min stroll from the caravan .
You will find nightly entertainment in The Marina Entertainment Bar , Amusement Arcades , Soft Play area , Garden House restaurant on park , an indoor and covered outdoor swimming pool .
Cooke's Fish & Chips, Papa Johns and Burger King coming to Hopton in May
At the entrance to the park you will find Burger Bars , Amusements, Fish & Chips and a Chinese Takeaway which will also deliver direct to the caravan.
There are 2 pubs within walking distance , we can highly recommend The White Hart on Warren Road as you approach Hopton .
Activities on park include 2 swimming pools ( one indoor and one outdoor covered pool) , Crazy Golf, Go Karts , Pitch & Putt , Dodgeball, Archery Coaching, Bike Hire ,Bug Hunt, Climbing Wall ,Sand Bottle Creations, Slime Creations, Fire lighting Techniques, Football Dartboard Challenge, Football Fun - Tots, Football Fun Factory , Haven Bug Hotels ,Inflatable Arena , Junior and Adult Segways, Magical Makers and Balloon Modelling, Mini Ariel Adventure , Nerf Training Camp, Pebble Art, Plant Pot Art, Ranger Tots, Target Shooting , Wild Wizards, Survival Bracelets , park passes are required to book activities and swimming slots .Passes can be bought from Haven when you have booked with us ,all activities have age restrictions and need to be booked in advance including the swimming pools
We are also dog friendly and will accept up to 2 small or 1 medium to large well behaved dog by prior arrangement so no need to leave your canine companion's behind.
We have a lovely spacious, double glazed, centrally heated 2 bedroom caravan on Haven's Hopton Holiday Village, sited on a very quiet pitch overlooking a green , with 2 children's play areas within easy walking distance.

Our caravan is very safe for children as we are in a cul-de-sac , with hardly any traffic.

The main entertainment complex, swimming pools and direct beach access can all be reached within a 10 minute stroll.

You will find private parking for up to 2 cars next to the caravan.

Our home is very spacious and has lots of extras to help you have a lovely holiday and help with the packing , including free unlimited wifi , coffee, tea, sugar, washing up items, bin bags , tea towels, towels (please bring your own towels for the beach & pool) , hairdryer, iron and travel ironing board , bath mats, anti-slip mat for in the shower, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, use of a travel cot (please bring your own bedding for the cot) , highchair , bed guard etc etc , all our beds are made up on arrival , and all have mattress and pillow protectors.

The master bedroom, which is larger than most, has a king size bed, which is also slightly longer than the average king size mattress , ideal if you are a bit taller, large dressing table, TV, plenty of storage with large wardrobe, a second shelved wardrobe, drawers and storage units, along with an en-suite toilet with hand basin.

The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be put together to make a double bed on request, with overhead storage and a wardrobe.

Opposite the second bedroom is the bathroom, comprising a double shower, toilet and wash basin.

The kitchen has a full size oven/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster , complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, fridge/freezer and everything you would expect to find in a modern kitchen. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs.

The spacious lounge has a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa, the latter of which can be converted into a double bed by prior arrangement, to provide sleeping for a maximum of 6 guests. Also in the lounge is a 40" TV with DVD player, a fire and a Bluetooth sound system, over 100 dvds for all ages, books and games . French doors from the lounge open out onto a lovely, south facing, wrap around decking area complete with patio furniture, ideal for a glass of wine at the end of the day. The enclosed decking area continues round to the side where you will find a gate, so very safe for children and dogs.

Bookings & Conditions

This is a strictly NO SMOKING caravan.

We are a dog friendly caravan and will accept up to two small, well-behaved or 1 medium to large dogs by prior arrangement only. Please use the throws provided on all furniture and dogs are not allowed in beds .

All of our prices include beds made up ready for your arrival , we are very lucky to have a wonderful cleaner who will ensure this is done for you. Check in is 3pm , but if the van is ready earlier we will of course text you on the day.

Park passes ARE NOT included in the price. These are required to watch the entertainment, swim and access all activities on park .
If you decide not to purchase passes you can still gain access to the arcades, restaurants and takeaways.
As soon as we receive your booking and the damage deposit has been paid we will register your booking with Haven, who will email you a link to buy the passes direct from them. Activities can then be booked 12 weeks before your arrival and swimming slots can be booked 4 weeks before your arrival.

We charge a £100 booking/damage deposit (£150 if bringing dogs) which is in excess of the cost of your break . When you contact us we will email you further information and dates are secured when we have received all the information we have requested together with your booking/damage deposit. After your full payment is received (6 weeks prior to your start date) the initial deposit will be held as your booking/damage deposit and refunded within 7 days of your break ending, subject to there being no damage to the van , the keys are returned to the keysafe, bins are emptied and all doors and windows are left secure on day of departure.
We ask that you leave the van in a tidy clean condition , any extra cleaning that is required upon your departure will be deducted from the damage deposit .

To book please email me the dates you would like and I will email you further information together with our full Terms & Conditions. I will hold your dates for 24 hours once all of your booking information has been provided and your booking/damage deposit has been received your dates will then be secured . We charge a £100 damage deposit (£150 if bringing a dog).
