Welcome to our prestige graded holiday home.
If you're looking to get away from all the hustle of the big city, or if you're with your family that wants the amusements, restaurants, indoor/outdoor pools - then this is the place for you.
The home comes with 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin bed single rooms. The Home will be spotlessly clean upon your arrival and linen will be supplied for your beds, towels are not included.
The home is situated in Lytham, a quiet cul-de-sac, in a sought after area on the parkIt also has two parking spaces.
We are three minutes from all the amenities and five minutes from the private beach.
Passes are not supplied for the amenities, but may be purchased on site.
we currently offer 3/4 night stays but weekly stays are available, please enquire.
All letting dates can be changed to suit your holiday requirements.
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance (PLUS £150.00 refundable security deposit) due 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
For late bookings, payment will be due in full at the time of booking - plus £150.00 security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned by bank transfer within 5 working days from completed holiday, on condition that the caravan is left in the same condition as found on arrival; clean and without loss due to damage/breakages.

About the Area
Hopton Holiday Park has undergone a major refurbishment scheme, which entails all the amusements that you will need, restaurants, bars, indoor/outdoor pool, golf course and private beach. Nightly entertainment is also available (dependent on time of year).Please Note: Entertainment passes are not provided in our rental prices, but can be purchased on site.
Upon entering the holiday park you will find a Chinese takeaway and a fish and chip shop – yummy!
If you need to shop, all major shopping is available just a 10 minute drive from the park, there are also shops on-site.
We are situated only 3 minutes away from the amusements, and 5 minutes from the private beach.
A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF COVID RESTRICTIONS ARE IN PLACE AT YOUR TIME OF TRAVEL.
