* I'll email you booking forms with more info about the caravan and our payment plans, and a 4 mins video so you'll be able to see what you're thinking of booking (no pressure to book)
* If you want to book let me know and I'll hold your dates for 48 hours while you complete the forms and email them back or just send me a list of the info required on the forms and I'll complete the forms and send you a completed copy. Once you've received your completed forms I'll ask you to pay a deposit to secure your dates. (£50 non-refundable deposit)
*Having paid half of your balance I register you with Haven and you can purchase play passes online and book activities twelve weeks before your break as soon as they are released and swimming slots 4 weeks ahead of your break. Alternatively just pay the deposit and pay your balance 8 weeks before your break. (Play Passes will allow you access to all amenities!)
A £150 Refundable Damage Deposit is added to the cost of your holiday (Please note we have never kept a penny of anyone's damage deposit as we haven't needed to! Our caravan is immaculate because we've had really respectful guests!!!)

OUTSIDE
They say location is everything and the caravan is sited perfectly for adults and children alike around the green at Lytham!!! It's a haven for adults, being on the Golf village, it’s only a 5 minute walk to play golf and just a 6 minute walk from the fabulous complex where you can eat, drink and be entertained.

Hilts' Hopton Holiday Home is also in the perfect spot for families. The sunny decking looks onto a small green, complete with picnic table and pergolas, with only the holidaymakers staying there needing to walk or drive around the green. So it’s a safe and quiet pitch, yet there's a play area a minute around the corner where the children can play on the wooden play equipment.

INSIDE

The caravan has real home from home luxury inside, along with a 6 foot wraparound decking, accessed through the south facing French doors or the gated steps.( so safe for children)

Centrally heated and double glazed, it offers a fully fitted kitchen with full size oven, hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. There’s also a Bluetooth sound system and 2 USB ports for phone charging.

In the well furnished lounge is a 40” TV, DVD player and flame effect fire, along with a dining table with 4/ 6 chairs.

All 3 bedrooms have a TV and storage. There are two twin bedrooms (one can be turned into a double on request) and one double bedroom an en-suite toilet and sink. The double bedroom also has space for a travel cot, which we provide free of charge on request, along with a high chair, potty and child's toilet seat. Wardrobe and cupboard space in all bedrooms! And a TV in every bedroom!!!! Main bathroom has a double shower enclosure, basin and toilet.

For your convenience we also provide a vacuum cleaner, full size clothes airer, an ironing board, iron and a hairdryer. patio and decking furniture for your use. We also have DVDs (3 DVD players) and a selection of games.



THE FUN STUFF
Swimming inside or out including an indoor flume; crazy golf; indoor and outdoor activities; soft play; bowls; 9 hole Par 3 golf course; Seaside Squad entertainment; live music etc. etc.

There are lots of food outlets too and a fabulous indoor restaurant - Chinese, pizza, plus fish and chip takeaways!!!!

THE BEACH
Hopton Holiday Village provides direct access to a lovely sandy beach with lots of individual bays - and it’s less than a ten minute walk from Hilts' Hopton Holiday Home!!!!

OUT & ABOUT
There's so much to do that you don't need to drive anywhere if you don't want to! There is a well-stocked mini-market on site for all your shopping essentials, or you can have Asda/Tesco etc. deliver to the holiday home once you've arrived. If you want to venture further afield, we are about 10 minutes from Great Yarmouth sea front and all it has to offer, plus larger supermarkets and shopping outlets.
A 40mins, mainly countryside walk will get you to the glorious Gorleston Beach!!
