Caravan Description

This spacious 37ft x 12ft three bedroom, dog friendly holiday caravan is to rent on Heacham Beach Holiday Park, Heacham Beach, King's Lynn, Norfolk PE31 7BD. It has a full length, gated decking ensuring that your children and pets are safe. It has patio furniture to enjoy relaxing in the evening with a drink or two.

South Beach is a five minute walk from the park, and within walking distance of North Beach, where there is an amusement arcade, plus other amenities.

The park is run by Parkdean Resorts and welcomes families and dogs (maximum two). Certain breeds of dogs may be excluded. This is a Parkdean Resorts Rule. Please check with Parkdean Resorts before booking the caravan.

The caravan is situated in a quiet area on park close to a footpath where you can walk to North Beach and, in the other direction, to South Beach Road, which takes you to Heacham Beach village.

Please ask about mid-week breaks.

The caravan comprises:

* Large open plan living/dining room with plenty of seating, so it is ideal if you wish to entertain;
* Spacious kitchen and dining room with ample seating;
* Four hob gas cooker; grill and oven;
* 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 people: 1 double bed bedroom and 2 twin bed bedrooms;
* Fully double glazed;
* Broom cupboard housing the gas boiler, broom, dustpan and brush, plus extras;
* Dog friendly caravan;
* Child/dog friendly full length gated decking, which has 3 steps up to the decking. An ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine or
two;
* Gas fire in lounge and infrared ceramic heaters in all rooms and hallway, plus extra heating;
* TV with integral DVD;
* Kettle;
* Slow Cooker;
* Microwave;
* Freezer;
* Toaster;
* Everything you need for cooking and preparing meals, including extra pots, pans and utensils;
* Hairdryer;
* Iron & ironing board;
* Clothes airers;
* Patio table and chairs;
* Duvets, pillows and bed linen provided. Guests will need to bring their own towels and tea towels.;
* Vacuum cleaner, cleaning items, broom, dustpan and brush;
* Parking for two cars in front of the decking.

Please note that smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the caravan.

Well behaved dogs with up-to-date flea treatment are welcome, at no extra cost.

All gas and electric costs are included in the price.

Please contact the owner for shorter or longer breaks, as these may be available. Also, so if the dates you are looking for are not listed or appear to be booked out please contact the owner in case of cancellations, etc.

Please enquire about late booking deals, of which payment will be required in full at the point of booking.

Early check in may be arranged, subject to availability. Please feel free to ask.

A £50 deposit is required to secure holiday dates. This is non-refundable should you have to cancel the booking.

Payment of the deposit and balance can be made by cheque or by bank transfer. If payments are made by cheque then please allow up to 5 days for clearance of the cheque.

The full balance is required 5 weeks prior to date of arrival. If cancellation is made on or after the date of arrival, then the full amount is non-refundable.

The cost of rental of the caravan does not include the cost of passes. Passes can be purchased from Reception. The rental costs of the caravan have been kept reasonably priced so that passes can be purchased from Reception.

On the date that the balance is due, a damage waiver deposit of £80 will be required. This will be refunded, as soon possible, once the caravan has been checked following departure and everything is found to be in order with no damages, loss of items from the caravan, and providing the caravan does not require a deep clean. There is no smoking/vaping in the caravan.

The caravan is situated near to a footpath, from which you can walk to either North Beach, where there are amenities such as a fish and chip shop, pub and an amusement arcade. There is also the West Norfolk Pub, which serves very nice food. In the other direction you can walk to South Beach and to the local convenience store and into Heacham village where there is a Tesco Express and a card machine outside the store.

Same sex groups, except for couples, are not permitted to rent caravans on park. This is a rule of Parkdean Resorts.

The caravan park is situated close to the beach and is approximately 5 minutes walk to South Beach. As you exit the main entrance, turn right and the beach is just a short walk away.
