Caravan Description
This gas central heated caravan is privately owned and is available for let for families and couples.
It has an open plan kitchen, which includes a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and oven.
The living room is open plan and overlooks a river, which runs alongside the caravan but is sectioned off for safety. It has a colour TV with DVD player, plus a pull-out bed.
Outside is a large decking area overlooking the river.
Sleeping accommodation includes a main double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Please note that all pillows and duvets are supplied, but you will be required to bring your own bed linen, including duvet covers, pillow cases, bottom sheets, tea towels and bath towels.
All gas and electricity is included in the tariff.
This is a very clean and well looked after caravan that has always previously been used as a holiday home for my family.
Bookings & Conditions
All prices are excluding Entertainment / Facility Passes but can be obtained via site office.
Rules of the site stipulate no single sex parties’ couples & families only.
Payment can be made by cheque or balance transfer.
An initial booking deposit of £50 is required on confirmation of booking. This is non-refundable upon cancellation. The full balance is required 28 days before the holiday start date.
Upon commencement of your holiday the initial booking deposit will be used as a security deposit and refunded only after inspection of the caravan following your departure and everything found to have been left as found with no loss, damage or need for excess cleaning.

Park Resorts park at Heacham Beach is situated in the town of Heacham in East Anglia, which is a popular Norfolk coastal holiday resort. Heacham has a wide selection of shops and pubs, and also a golf club. It is situated 3 miles from the popular beach town of Hunstanton and only 8 miles from Sandringham.The caravan site itself is less than a 5 minute walk from South Beach, which carries on to North Beach and then into Hunstanton. Heacham Beach Holiday Park is a small, quiet and tranquil park with a relaxing atmosphere. There is an indoor swimming pool, amusements, a club house, park, restaurant and pub on site.
