Our 2020 Swift Bordeaux, pet friendly caravan for hire on Parkdean Resorts’ Heacham Beach Holiday Park, offers all you could need for your next holiday in Norfolk.
We have a designated parking area to the left of the caravan, which leads to the wraparound decking at the caravan entrance.
The front door opens into the open plan living area, comprising the kitchen, diner and lounge. The kitchen has a good size oven with gas hob, microwave oven and a fridge/freezer, as well as a full complement of utensils, cookware, cutlery and crockery. The dining area has a table and four chairs. Within the comfortable lounge is a three-seater sofa and a two-seater sofa, TV, electric fire, coffee table and two stools.
Sleeping four guests, the caravan has two bedrooms; one double with TV and en-suite WC; and one twin bedded room.
In addition to the en-suite WC, there is a family shower room with shower, WC and wash basin.
Quilts and pillows plus hairdryer and ironing board are all provided, along with a large 🐶 bed.
Booking & Conditions
We accept 3,4, & 7 night bookings, with 3 nights being the minimum.
Check-in time 4pm
Check-out time 10.30am
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be received 28 days before your holiday start date.
A £100.00 Care and Respect Security deposit will also be required at the time of booking, which will be refunded following inspection of the caravan on your departure, as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages are found or the need for an excessive clean.
We do ask that you leave the caravan clean and in the same condition in which you found it.
Strictly NO smoking or vaping allowed.
No stag/hen parties
No BBQs allowed on the decking or within 3m of the caravan.
The accommodation is dog friendly for a maximum of 2 dogs. All dogs must be kept on a lead around the site AND NOT left in the caravan alone.
The supplement per dog is £40.

About the Area
Heacham Beach Holiday Park has an on-site swimming pool with slide and toddler pool. A separate play area. The Boathouse Tavern offers daily entertainment.Entertainment passes are available from Reception at an extra charge. There is also a Nisa convenience store on-site and the beach is a short walk from the resort.Within easy reach is SeaLife Hunstanton sanctuary and aquarium. There is also the world famous Norfolk Lavender Centre which has a farm and coffee shop. An RSPB reserve can be found is in Snettisham. Also close by is the Sandringham Estate.
Following the Coast Road will lead you to some beautiful Norfolk villages, including Brancaster and Welles-next-the-sea. There is also the Holme Dunes national nature reserve.
