Caravan Description

6 berth static caravan for rent on Parkdean Resort’s California Cliffs Holiday Park in Scratby, which is just 10 minutes from Great Yarmouth and 20 minutes from the Norfolk Broads.

The caravan is well equipped for your next self-catering holiday in Norfolk and offers full double glazing, gas central heating and Free, unlimited Wi-Fi.

Within the lounge you will find a TV/DVD with a selection of DVDs, a gas fire, double sofa bed and dining area.

The kitchen has a gas cooker, extractor fan, microwave, fridge freezer, wine cooler, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, sandwich maker and slow cooker, along with an iron and ironing board.

The family shower room has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

The master bedroom benefits from having a king size bed, storage and en-suite toilet with wash basin. Hair dryer. There is also ample room for travel cot. The twin bedroom has two single beds and storage.

For the use of our guests, we have a selection of beach items and toys.

Outside we have decking with a selection of outdoor furniture.

Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen can be hired at an additional cost of £35.00 per stay.

The holiday hire is checked and deep cleaned between guests by the owners.

Check in is 4pm. Check out by 10am.

Entertainment passes not included in the rental price, but are available from reception.


Bookings and conditions.

A non-refundable £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. However, should the Park be closed due to Government Lockdown, this will be refunded.

The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

A £75 security deposit is also required, which will be returned after your holiday as long as everything is in order, with loss, damage and/or breakages found, or the need for an excessive clean.

Nightly rates for 2023 are from £60 to £110 depending on the season. Minimum stay is 3 nights.


Location.

Parkdean Resort’s California Cliffs Holiday Park offers a range of amenities on site, which include a club house, swimming pool, amusements, restaurant, park, crazy golf, shop, launderette and fish ‘n’ chip shop.

Just a 10 minute walk away is the beach, with an amusement arcade and takeaway nearby.

Also close by is Great Yarmouth (10 minutes), the Norfolk Broads (20 minutes) and Norwich (40 minutes).

There’s lots of family attractions nearby too, including Pettitt’s Animal Adventure Park, Pleasurewood Hills, Pleasure Beach, Great Yarmouth, Bewilderwood and Wroxham Barns, to name but a few.
