Caravan Description

Welcome to our Willerby Sunset hire; a privately owned caravan on the popular California Cliffs Holiday Park, offering double glazing, central heating and parking alongside.

With its beautiful views and distance from the site facilities, our caravan makes a lovely retreat for anyone wanting to get away from it all.

You can access Scratby beach (which is pushchair/wheelchair friendly) from the caravan, down a concrete pathway and just across the road.

The caravan has a combi boiler providing hot water as required. For visitors during spring and autumn there is central heating available in all rooms too.

It is also double glazed and benefits from having a gated decking area.
The living accommodation comprises:

* Fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, grill and hob; microwave and under counter fridge; toaster, kettle and sandwich maker; plenty of cutlery, kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses; pots, pans and oven dishes. An iron and ironing board is also provided.

* An open plan lounge/diner with a Freeview TV, electric fire and coffee table. There is access onto the fully enclosed decking area where you will find a table and chairs.

* Bathroom with large power shower, toilet, basin with storage, mirror and first aid kit.

* Separate toilet and hand basin.

The sleeping accommodation comprises:

* One double bedroom with free standing wardrobe with drawers, fitted bedside tables with lamps, mirror and hairdryer.

* Two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds and fitted wardrobes.

* Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors are provided, along with coat hangers.

Location

California Cliffs Holiday Park in Scratby, Great Yarmouth, is a Parkdean complex offering a wealth of amenities, including entertainment and an indoor/outdoor pool.

There’s lots of things to see and do in nearby Great Yarmouth too.
