Our lovely 38’ x 12’ ABI caravan for hire on Parkdean’s California Cliffs Holiday Park in Scratby, Great Yarmouth, is fully equipped to ensure you a comfortable holiday.

Caravan Description
Our ABI Superior caravan at California Cliffs Holiday Park, has 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, and is a real home from home caravan.
It has a fully equipped kitchen and a larger than average lounge/diner, complete with a double sofa bed, Freeview TV, DVD player and independent Wi-Fi. Fans are also provided for the warmer weather.
The main bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin and with heated towel rail. There is also a separate toilet with hand basin and heated towel rail.
The three bedrooms are comprised of a double bedroom with double wardrobe, mirror and fan; a twin bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, mirror and a TV with built-in DVD player; and a further twin bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and mirror.
All bedrooms have new USB plugs for phone chargers etc.
Outside we have a brand new (2024) lockable, gated decking with outdoor seating and dining areas. There is also lighting outside.
We supply DVDs, books, new fleece blankets, cards and boards games etc., for guests’ use. We also provide an information folder.
We are pet friendly and happy to accept up to 2 dogs. We also supply poop bags and bowls! Please ensure your pets DO NOT go on the beds or furniture though, especially if wet or muddy.
£50 non refundable deposit to secure your dates balance plus £50 refundable breakages deposit six weeks before holiday start date.

About the Area
We are located on Parkdean’s California Cliffs Holiday Park in Great Yarmouth, and are in a great location close to the entertainment, swimming pool, arcade, shop, laundrette and fish and chip shop. We’re also just across the road from a Blue Flag beach.Passes can be purchased from Reception – they are not included in our hire price. Passes are required to enjoy all entertainment and swimming. They can also be used at our neighbouring Summerfields Park. Kids’ entertainment, activities, a play area, go karts, multi-sports court and crazy golf are all available on site.
