Chalet Description

Lovely holiday chalet for hire on the very popular California Sands Holiday Park; a friendly, family orientated park with good facilities and just few minutes’ walk from clean, sandy beaches.

The chalet is fully equipped for up to 7 people and has three bedrooms. Bedrooms one and two each have a double bed, while bedroom three has a bunk bed, plus a single, foldable bed. Each Bedroom has an electric heater. Extra electric heaters are available if needed.

You will find many home comforts in the chalet, including a Freeview TV in the living room, along with an electric fire.

In the bathroom there is an electric shower over the bath.

Electric is provided via a £1 & £2 coin meter. The electric meters are owned by the site, not the chalet owner.

There is plenty of on-site parking available.

Clean, fresh Linen is provided for the beds. A high chair and travel cot are available too, but please bring your own bedding for the cot.

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst Covid-19 is still around, the chalet is sanitised before and after each booking.

We DO NOT allow groups of all teenagers, all male or all female groups, or hen/stag parties.

NO smoking is allowed in the chalet.

PLEASE NOTE: We offer a minimum stay of 2 nights during off peak time only, and a minimum stay of 7 nights during peak times.

We have Friday and weekend changeovers - unless otherwise agreed with the owner.

California Sands Holiday Park is closed and unavailable for bookings between 1st November and 1st March.

Check-in time is 3pm. Check out time is by 10am.

California Sands Holiday Park has family entertainment clubs (Club Oasis and The Dutch Bar), a children's play area, crazy golf, social cycles, bouncy castles, amusement arcades, chip shop/takeaway, a launderette, a shop and an indoor heated swimming pool.

Within Club Oasis you will find Big Fella's restaurant, cash bingo, children's entertainment and live entertainment most evenings during peak times.

Entrance fees to the main club are included in our rental price. Some site facilities may have restricted opening hours out of season – please check with the owner.
Norfolk offers a wide range of things to see and do including: shopping centres, car boot sales, sailing on the Broads, a car museum, children's activity centre, a zoo and much more.

Great Yarmouth is a hive of activity and offers a lovely sandy beach, two piers, lots of shops, restaurants, bars, cafe's, takeaways, fun fairs, the SeaLife Centre, horse racing, greyhound racing and banger racing.

Hemsby and Caister are only a short drive away, as is the beach Seal Protection Centre.
