Lodge Description

For hire is our beautiful, double glazed and central heated Helmsley Lodge at Haven’s Caister on Sea Holiday Park in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.

We are No pets we have a dog ourselves who will have been in the lodge

This is our holiday home, not a business, and we have made it as comfy as we can.

We leave a welcome tray for you on arrival for your first cuppa while you unpack. We also supply loo rolls washing up liquid and lots of extras for you to use. Everything you see in the pictures are there for your stay.


LOUNGE
There are lovely, brand new for this year (2024), electric recliner sofa and armchairs, lovely new carpet, 43” smart TV, DVDs, puzzles, games, an Xbox and Wi-Fi too.

DINING AREA
There is a fixed table with 4 lovely chairs and lovely poppy themed china for you to use.

KITCHEN
There is everything for you to use in the kitchen, if you wish to cook a lovely meal, a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, oven, air fryer and microwave.

KING SIZE BEDROOM
The en-suite master bedroom has a super thick comfy mattress, a dressing table and stool, large wardrobe, bedside lights, lights fitted in to the headboard and a 32” smart TV.

TWIN BEDROOM
There is 1 twin bedroom with a bedside cabinet and a TV on the wall.

Beds will be made up for your arrival with lovely cotton duvet covers, all you need to bring are your towels.

OUTSIDE
There is secure decking to the front and side both with furniture and hard standing for your car. We truly are on a lovely, large pitch.


We ask for a £100 non-refundable deposit and a £75 damage deposit the damage deposit, which, is to paid with your balance 8 weeks before your holiday, this is returned to you when the lodge has been checked after your holiday.

ELECTRIC CARS
Please note Charging of electric cars is NOT allowed using 13 amp sockets in lodge .



ON SITE
We are located just 2 minutes from the lovely sandy beach and 4 minutes from the entertainment complex.

There is a brilliant, new adventure village, swimming pool, big jump, supermarket, and lots more.

The on-site entertainment complex and swimming pool require passes to use. We DO NOT include passes. These can be bought from reception or before your stay.

If you don’t fancy cooking, you can find Papa John’s Pizza, Mash and Barrel restaurant, Burger King and a fish & chip shop.

There are lots of lovely places to visit, the Norfolk Broads, Norwich with a lovely shopping centre and also Great Yarmouth with its Pleasure Beach and lots to do.
