Caravan Description

DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS WE ONLY HIRE 7 NIGHTS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

PASSES AND ACTIVITIES.
Private guests can get passes from Haven before arriving to book activities, information will be send from Haven.
Please check availability of activities with reception before buying passes as Haven do not refund any passes.
PRICES

This one is for up to 6 people adults, children or a mixture of both.

We have recently bought this charming holiday home.

The photos do not do it justice as it is beautiful and we are renovating it adding things you would not often find in a modern caravan like free WiFi and a dishwasher while keeping its character.

We accept small dogs and suitable for people who need a quiet area of the park in a safe cul de sac.

Beautiful caravan full of character and space inside and out. Situated at Caister On Sea on a very premium plot in the cul de sac of Dilham, less than 3 minute walk to the lovely quiet beach and on site swimming pool.

There is 1 private parking space next to the caravan fully paved area to the doors. Outside you will find a neatly kept grassed area and a paved patio with table and chairs for you to sit outside and soak up the sun as your children play.

Lounge
In the homely lounge you can watch Freeview or Netflix via the free WiFi on the 4k ultra HD TV.
The sofa is great for family time or snuggling up with one of the throws around you in the evening. This is also a pullout double sofa bed.
The wall lights are charming and make it feel more cosy.

Diner
Freestanding pine table and matching upholstered chairs with a lovely feature pendant light above the table.

Kitchen.
Homely pine kitchen comes with everything you need including a dishwasher plus fridge freezer. We have tried to add bits for kids like sip a cups and child friendly dining equipment.
There is a very handy pull out built in ironing board we do provide an iron.
First aid kit and fire extinguisher.

Main Bedroom
Large spacious room with own en-suite. Lots of wardrobe space with non slip hangers also lots cupboard space. The comfortable double bedl. Please use the hairdryer provided.

All beds made up and linen provided for the sofa bed




Bedroom 2
Two separate beds (can be pushed together) each has a mirrored pine cupboard above and there is a small wardrobe.

Bathroom
Shower with sliding glass doors over half bath (folds right back to give easy access)Toilet, Sink with cupboard below and Cabinet above sink with mirror. Plenty of space for toiletries and other products.

Little hall cupboard.
You will find the boring things like mops ect.

Please enjoy the included, Gas, Electric, WiFi for watching the included Netflix, using your phones or laptops. There is plenty of hanging space everywhere for coats, dressing gowns ect

Bookings & Conditions
A security deposit of £50 will be required to secure your holiday (not included in the price of your holiday). This is refundable if no damage occurs. The balance is to be paid six weeks prior to start of your holiday.

The person booking the caravan must be 21 or over and must be present during the stay of the holiday.

RULES
NO SMOKING
If found that any above rules have been broken your security deposit will not be refunded.

Please contact us if you break or damage something so we can arrange replacement if necessary.
Any breakage or damage to the caravan or its contents during your stay is the responsibility of the hirer and will result in the loss of your security deposit.


The caravan is only available to families and couples. No all male or all female parties - this is Haven park rules.

Any unreasonable behaviour may result in being asked to immediately vacate the site and no refund will be given.

The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

WHAT ARE YOU GETTING THAT YOU WOULD NOT VIA HAVEN?

Free WiFi in the caravan, dishwasher and extra wide van with central heating plus full double glazing.

We provide things that Haven hire like hairdryer, iron, child equipment and vacuum.

You are in a quiet cul de sac with your own parking space next to the caravan and patio furniture.
You can be put anywhere if booking via Haven or Hoseasons unless you pay a fee.

The sofa is big and curved so no getting squashed, we think of it more as a small cottage.
