Caravan Description

Our beautiful, double glazed & centrally heated holiday home on Haven’s Caister Holiday Park, is a great base to come & explore Norfolk and make happy memories together. Prices shown are for 3 and 4 night breaks, which can obviously be combined to make a 7 night break.

The caravan is located in the Filby area of the park, which is close to all the main facilities, shop and food outlets.

Our caravan sleeps 6, with 1 double bedroom with en-suite loo and 2 twin bedrooms.

The caravan comprises:

Lounge - with double doors to decking veranda; corner sofa; electric fire; flat screen TV with Freeview; DVD player with plenty of films to choose from; kids board games and books.

Kitchen/Diner - fitted kitchen with gas hob and electric oven; full size fridge freezer; microwave; kettle and toaster; crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils etc.

Main Bedroom - double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space; dressing table with mirror and hairdryer; plus own en-suite toilet.

Bedroom 2 - two separate beds with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, plus a mirror.

Bedroom 3 - two separate beds with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, plus a mirror and safe.

Bathroom - large shower with sliding glass doors, toilet, sink with mirror and plenty of storage shelves.

Outside - decking veranda on the front ( Note - Outdoor chairs/loungers stored under beds in bedroom 3); private tarmac parking space on the right side of the caravan, plus a grassed area.

Free gas and electricity.

Duvets and pillows are provided.

Booking Conditions

A security deposit of £50 will be required to secure your holiday (not included in the price of your holiday). This is refundable if no damage occurs. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. You may pay off your holiday balance in chunks if you want to but full payment must be made 8 weeks out.

The person booking the caravan must be 21 or over, and must be present during the stay of the holiday.

There is a 'no smoking' and 'no pets' rule in the caravan, which if not complied with, will result in your security deposit NOT BEING REFUNDED.

Any breakages or damage to the caravan or its contents during your stay, is the responsibility of the hirer and will result in your security deposit NOT BEING REFUNDED.

The caravan is only available to families and couples. No all male or all female parties - this is a Haven park rule.

Any unreasonable behaviour may result in you being asked to immediately vacate the site and no refund will be given.

The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Fun Passes
Fun Passes are NOT included in the cost of your holiday. These give you access to the entertainment complex, swimming pools and sports and leisure facilities and can be purchased on arrival on site.

Caister Holiday Park is a Haven site located at Caister on Sea, near Great Yarmouth in Norfolk.

Should you wish to venture off site, there’s nearby Hemsby and Winterton beaches; Great Yarmouth beach and its pleasure park, arcade and amusement strip, plus the Time and Tide museum; many attractions all along the Norfolk coast, not forgetting the famous Norfolk Broads; and the fine City of Norwich, just 30 minutes away.
