Our 2024 ABI Ambleside with double glazing, central heating and a wrap around decking for hire in the Reedham area of Haven’s Caister-on-Sea Holiday Park in Norfolk.

Our gold standard 2024 ABI Ambleside Premier caravan has full double glazing and central heating. It is situated in the Reedham area of Haven’s Caister-on-Sea Holiday Park. This is a newly, well laid out spacious area of the park and is close to all amenities.
This is a 14’ wide luxury holiday home with lots of extras.
Via the gated decking the caravan’s entrance door opens into a lobby area from where access to the rest of the caravan is made. Coat hooks and a wall mounted mirror are situated here as well as the cupboard housing the boiler. To the left the door leads into the stunning open plan lounge and kitchen area.
The well-proportioned kitchen provides plenty of space for preparing your food and drinks with laminate wood effect worktops and up-stands. There is also generous cupboard space for all those groceries. It is equipped with all the usual utensils, cooking pots and pans, cutlery, crockery, and glasses etc to ensure you have everything you need for your stay.
The kitchen is fitted with an inbuilt microwave above the double oven with grill. Next to this is a large integrated fridge-freezer. There is a separate 5 burner gas hob with an externally vented powered cooker hood.
Above the hob is a ‘Velux’ roof-light window providing plenty of daylight to this area. There is also ceiling LED spot lighting.
A free-standing dining table and grey chairs complemented with overhead lighting. A highchair is available.
As an extra bonus there is an integrated dishwasher and a Bosch washing machine for your use.
The lounge area has luxury soft furnishings with two large free standing sofas in a stylish green colour and a matching foot stool. Ample lighting is provided with both wall and ceiling lights.
There is a cosy log burner style electric fire for those cooler evenings.
Entertainment is provided by a 43” Freeview Smart TV and a Blu-ray and DVD player.

The south facing twin sliding doors open onto the spacious wrap around decking area with seating to relax and enjoy a drink or watch the sunset later in the day.
The entrance hallway also leads to the modern 3 bedroom accommodation which has a spacious feel whilst sleeping up to six people.
On the right is the family shower room. The shower cubicle has a glass sliding door and thermostatic drench shower. There are LED vanity spotlights, an electric shaver socket, a dual flush WC with soft close lids and a countertop hand basin. Under the basin is a unit for storage and above is a glass door unit.
To the left is the first twin bedroom with signature mattresses and padded headboards. It has a central bedside cabinet for storage. To the side is a tall wardrobe with drawers. There is also a wall mounted mirror.
Next door is another twin room, again with comfortable signature mattresses and padded headboards. It has a central bedside cabinet for storage and a central reading wall lamp. To the side is a tall wardrobe with drawers and a further unit with a mirror and shelving.
Ahead of you is the master bedroom with double bed and signature mattress, it has a stylish padded headboard and bedside wall reading lights and LED ceiling lighting.
For storage, there are bedside cabinets, and a double wardrobe with drawers. The vanity unit at foot of bed includes a stool, a mirror and further drawer space as well as an overhead cabinet. The master is also equipped with a TV and a hair dryer is provided.
The en-suite shower room, again like the family room has a thermostatic drench shower and glass sliding shower door. The room is completed with a WC that has a soft closing lid and a countertop wash basin, with adjacent electric shaver socket. LED lighting.
There are USB sockets in all bedrooms.
Further to the stunning interiors, you also benefit from double glazing, central heating, cosy coal effect electric fire, luxury carpet underlay and insulated walls, roof, and floors.
All mattresses are of domestic standard. A cot bed is also available if required (need to supply your own bedding).
Please note that duvets and pillows are supplied but NO LINEN or TOWELS.
A linen pack is available to hire from Haven or just bring your own.
Outside there is a grassed area and a parking area to side of caravan for 2 vehicles.
