Caravan Description
I am a private owner caravan sleeping 6 people.
It has 3 bedrooms, double glazing and central heating in all rooms. The first bedroom is a double, plus 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each, and a pull out double bed under the sofa in the lounge.
The caravan has a walk-in shower with a sink and it also has a separate toilet, so there is no hanging around if someone is in the shower.
The kitchen has a bigger fridge freezer than your standard caravan so there is more storage in the freezer.
The lounge has a TV freeview and a DVD player.
There is a driveway next to the caravan so you don't have to park on the road or the grass.

Bookings & Conditions
A £50 low season or £100 high season, non refundable deposit will secure your dates. Deposit can be paid by cheque, PayPal or cash through the post, but if you send cash I would advise you to send it by recorded delivery.
Balance to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday, which should be paid by cheque or cash through post.
Our holidays are from Friday to Friday and we do also have short breaks; Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday.
Our prices do not include passes but you can purchase them on arrival.
We do accept dogs but an extra cost.
No same sex groups allowed.

About the Area
Caister Holiday Park is full of action and is a Park for all ages.Facilities on site include a swimming pool which has a splash zone and more, mini golf, a hire shop where you can hire from bikes to towels and heaters, a fun tower which has multilane slides, children's motorbikes, trampolines, bouncy castle, pool tables, amusement arcades with all your favourite machines including mini tenpin bowling, a football pitch with football coaching, activity programmes detailing what sports are on what day, and much more for kids to do. For younger kids you have a play barn with balls, slides and soft toys for ages up to 12.
You have the Mash and Barrel and there is an arcade and bowling alley adjoining it, together with a Papa John's Pizza, Pasta and Salad Bar which you can eat in or take away, or even have it delivered to your caravan.
Also on site is a shop with bakery, off licence and gift shop, a photo shop, launderette, cafes, bars, and a restaurant. Or if you fancy a take-away there is a fish and chip shop.
At night time you have loads to do; you have the Mash and Barrel eating and drinking establishment, which is also like a pub with amusement arcade and children are welcome. There are also two family entertainment clubhouses where children are also welcome and entertainment is provided every night, including Funstars to entertain the kids.
Out & About
The Park is about 5 miles from Great Yarmouth town centre where you will also find Great Yarmouth Races, with banger racing available about 2 miles down the road from the park. In Great Yarmouth you can find many things to do such as:
The Pleasure Beach and Joyland for the younger children. Horse and carriage trips along the sea front. Road train along the sea front. Britannia Pier with its theatre. Regent Road shopping area. Winter Gardens. Yarmouth Racecourse. Yarmouth Stadium for banger racing, stock cars and greyhound racing. Much, much more.
Outside the area there is:
Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park set in 50 acres of parkland. Wroxham Barns rural craft centre and junior farm. Norfolk Broads trips. Norwich - Park and Ride about 20 minutes from Great Yarmouth. Bewilderwood - Norfolk's newest theme park.
