Caravan Description
Our caravan for hire on Breydon Water, has a homely interior and spacious outside decking area to enjoy the sunshine!
It is on a brilliant family holiday park, only a short drive from Great Yarmouth and the Norfolk Broads.
Sleeping 6 guests, our caravan for hire has a master bedroom with double bed and an en-suite toilet with wash basin, along with a twin bedroom with two single beds. There are also two ‘click-clack’ sofa beds in the lounge.
Also in the lounge is a Freeview TV, DVD player and electric fire.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven/hob, full size fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer machine.
The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, a toilet and wash basin.
Extras include a travel cot, high chair and tie on chair booster, found in the cupboard next to the boiler.
Outside furniture is provided.
Important Information
Parking is available nearby - please DO NOT park next to the accommodation or on the grass.
Bed linen and towels are NOT included.
Wi-Fi is NOT provided.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Park entertainment and facilities passes are NOT included. Please ask if you require these.
Bookings
A £50 deposit will be required to secure your dates.
Once full payment has been made (4 weeks before your holiday start date), the initial £50 deposit will be used as your security bond, which will be returned as long as the caravan been left clean and tidy, with no loss, damage and/or breakages.
For access to the caravan there is a key safe, the number for which will be sent via text message of the start day of your holiday.
Check in is 3pm. Check out is by 10am.

Breydon Water Holiday Park is a family holiday park, only a short drive from Great Yarmouth and the Norfolk Broads.
Our caravan is just a short walk from the park shop and the indoor/outdoor swimming pool.
Evening entertainment and activities are on Breydon Water’s sister holiday park, which is a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes in the car. This holiday park is called Yare, but is does have limited parking.
There is a lovely Chinese take away not far from the park, which is highly recommended (menu in the caravan). They also deliver to the park for a small charge.
Places to visit locally include Burgh Castle Fort, the pleasure beach, Great Yarmouth racecourse, the Sealife Centre and much, much more – all making fantastic new memories.
