Lodge Description

Our spacious, 14’ x 40’ mini-lodge for hire on Breydon Water Holiday Park near Great Yarmouth, boasts double glazing and mains gas central heating.

Sleeping 6 guests, our holiday lodge on Breydon Water Holiday Park has 2 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double wardrobe, Smart TV with Netflix, USB charging points and an en-suite with power shower. The twin bedroom has two single beds, a single wardrobe, Freeview TV and USB charging point.
There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge.

In addition to the en-suite, there is a large family bathroom with power shower, toilet and wash basin.

Within the fully equipped kitchen you will find a full gas cooker, dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, toaster, air fryer, slow cooker and Tassimo coffee maker, along with all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
There is also a 4 seat dining table.

The large lounge has an electric fire, large Smart TV with Netflix, a pull-out sofa bed and French doors leading out to the outside. The main outside door leads to the enclosed decking complete with outside furniture. A BBQ is also provided, but is not allowed to be used on the decking.

There is a tarmac road and private parking space .

FREE Wi-Fi is available within the lodge.
Please Note: Our lodge on Breydon Water Holiday Park, is available to hire until January each year.
However, the main complex closes at the end of October.
The outdoor pool closes the first weekend of September, but the indoor pool remains open until the end of the season.

Location

Breydon Water Holiday Park is a Parkdean resort located just 3 miles from both Great Yarmouth and Gorleston, where you will find fantastic attractions and beaches.

Lowestoft is only 8 miles away and a little further on you come to Pleasurewood Hills and Africa Alive.

There are a number of golf courses and fishing lakes nearby too.

Breydon Water Holiday Park is also right next to the Norfolk Broads and the Burgh Castle ruins.

All we ask to secure your booking is a £50 non returnable deposit.
The balance must be paid no later than 28 days after booking.
Prices do not include passes,

No pets,smoking or vaping in Holiday home.
No Hens or Stag groups
No charging of electric vehicles.
