Caravan Description
We have a 35x12, Willerby Vacation, double glazed and heated caravan on Breydon Water Holiday Parkdean resorts in Great Yarmouth.
It is a lovely 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan with decking situated on block paving making a play safe area for the children while you relax in the sunshine in this quiet location.
Our spacious caravan includes a TV/DVD player, iron, hairdryer, hoover, fridge and a small top freezer, oven and grill, kettle, toaster, microwave and enough utensils, crockery and china to cater for a family of up to 8 people only.
Separate toilet & shower room.
Sorry, no pets or single same gender group/parties allowed.
No workmen/ contractors/ groups of students or parties aged under 25's allowed.
Please bring bed linen and towels with you as we these are not provided.

Our caravan is a fantastic base from which to explore East Anglia and Suffolk or to just relax in.
Bookings & Conditions:
Sorry, but we do not allow pets or smoking in the caravan at any time.
A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 is required to confirm all bookings. The balance must be paid in full 6 weeks before your holiday start date.
We will also require a refundable security/damage deposit of £100 per booking. This will be refunded subject to no damages and the caravan is left how you found it clean and tidy & once the caravan has been checked for loss/damage etc following your departure.
Check-in time is from 3pm. Check-out time is by 10am.
** Please note all entertainment is on YARE village.
Our rental prices do not include the cost of club/swimming pool/entertainment passes. These can purchased on arrival from YARE village Park Resorts Reception £71.00 for upto x8 people maximum for a week.

About the Area
Breydon Water Holiday Park is situated on the edge of the Norfolk Broads and the Roman ruins of Burgh Castle. It is approximately 4 miles from the beaches of Gorleston and Great Yarmouth.There are two fabulous parks with Breydon Water to choose from, Bure Village and Yare Village, which are just a short ten minute stroll apart.
Bure Village is the quieter side of the park with an indoor shared pool, gymnasium, children's playground and shop.
Park Resorts’ Breydon Water Holiday Park is a pet friendly park located on the edge of the Norfolk Broads and is just a 5 mile drive from Great Yarmouth and a few minutes’ drive from Gorleston beach.
At Breydon Water you will find two parks for the price off one! Situated just a short walk apart, there is the great Yare Village for family fun, with a heated shared outdoor pool (27th May - 5th Sept weather permitting) and great entertainment in the show bar, or the relaxing side of the lovely Bure Village, which has an indoor shared pool and gym.
Both Yare and Bure villages have something for everyone. Facilities include an adventure playground, amusements, bar, gym, convenience store, Post Office, hire goods and mobility scooters etc, launderette, outdoor pool with water slide, indoor pool, Wi-Fi, a restaurant and sports courts.
King Fisher pub for reasonable drink prices and great home made food from £6 per person
There is also a selection of fantastic entertainment for the whole family, including stage shows, live entertainment and outdoor activities.
There are fantastic beaches at Gorleston, Great Yarmouth and South Wold.
Places to visit locally include Great Yarmouth Sea Life Centre, Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, Merrivale Model Village and Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden.
