The chalet is situated on two floors. On the ground floor are two double bedrooms. On the first floor there is a large living area.

The verified status does not mean that we have personally visited each individual property listed, simply that ownership of the property has been confirmed.
It is easy to find our chalet its just on the right as you drive into Beach Road Chalet Park, I suggest that you park by the swimming pool and the chalet is very close by.
The Chalet is on two floors, as you enter you will find three bedrooms, two double bedrooms with double beds plus a wardrobe, there is also a single bedroom which has bunk beds. I provide quilts, pillows and mattress/pillow protectors but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels.
Just inside the entrance hall there is a cupboard with a £1 coin meter for electricity (only new £1 coins please) please don't overfeed the meter.
Upstairs - The kitchen is situated at the end of the living area, which comprises of a cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster, along with cooking utensils, cups, plates and cutlery etc. Also, next to the kitchen area there is a bathroom with standard bath/shower, basin and toilet, at the other end of the living area there are two sofas, an armchair. a butterfly table, plus four dinning chairs. There is also a combined TV/DVD with Freeview. I have left some family DVDs please feel free to use.
Dogs - I am a dog lover myself but please contact me before booking.

deposit the remainder due 30days before the start of your holiday, in addition I charge a £50 refundable damage deposit which will be refunded within 24 hours of you vacating the chalet (cheques may take a little longer) I understand that the odd cup etc will get broken and I do not charge for that, its simply wear and tear but could you please just txt me and let me know something is damaged before you leave it just makes life easier for my cleaners.
The chalet is non-smoking, if you smoke outside please do not use the plants or grass areas as an ashtray. Thank you for understanding.

Beach Road Chalet Park is situated about five minutes walk from a dog friendly beach. On site there is a children’s play area, Moments Resturant plus the Lounge drinks bar. There is a free outdoor heated swimming pool (during the summer season)
Across the road there is a launderette, mini-market, fish and chip shop. Close by is a Post Office, Bakery, Gift Shops, Cafes, Amusements and a Chinese Take Away.
Great Yarmouth Race Course, Dog Racing Track and Golf Course.
The Chalet Park is just under 6 miles from Great Yarmouth and 24 miles from Norwich.
There is a good bus service from outside the site to Great Yarmouth and other local areas.
Covid 19 - the turnaround between guests takes longer, therefore, I must ask guests to vacate the chalet by 9.30 and arrival is from 3pm. We would be obliged if you could empty the rubbish and remove all food from the cupboards and the fridge. The rubbish bins are located just slightly to the right as you leave the chalet. In the case of the Chalet Park going back into lockdown due to Covid you will get a full refund.
