Beautiful holiday home for hire on Waterside Leisure Holiday Park in Ingoldmells, sitting in a prime position with easy access to all local attractions.
It benefits from double glazing and gas central heating, so is perfect even in the cooler months.
We have WiFi fitted, and the tv is also a smart one so the kiddies can bring there games console or fire sticks
Our lovely holiday home on Waterside Leisure Park, Anchor Lane, has a modern and newly renovated king size bedroom, a double bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. It also boasts a fully equipped kitchen including an air fryer. Microwave and a large fridge freezer.
There is a shower room with shower and wash basin, along with a separate WC with hand basin.
Outside we have a wonderful, large, wraparound gated veranda with table, chairs and sun loungers.
Quilts and pillows are provided, but bed linen and towels are NOT.
We do allow a well-behaved pet.
Location
Our beautiful holiday home for hire on Waterside Leisure Holiday Park in Ingoldmells, is in a prime position, being only 3 rows back from the road. There is easy access to all local attractions, It's just a short walk to Hardy’s animal park and the trampoline park. There is also direct access to the beach via a little walk to the rear gate on the site. This also leads to the boating lake and cafe. You can walk up the Main Street, to the dog friendly beach. Turn left and it's a 20min walk to Chapel at Leonard's. Turn right and it's a 10min walk to the fun fair attractions.
Waterside Leisure Holiday Park has a launderette and a pub, as well as its own fishing lake.
Over the road from the park entrance is Woody’s Bar, which has large screen TVs for sports. They also have artists on regularly, a soft play area for the kiddies and an outside play area at the back.
Anchor Lane has a few beach and hardware shops, several takeaways and chip shops, as well as The Anchor with upstairs pool tables and O’Grady’s which has live entertainment, and both serve food and which are both dog friendly.
Fantasy Island is a short ten minute walk away.
