Caravan Description
This is a 3 bedroom, 8 berth static caravan that benefits from having double glazing and central heating is for hire on the stunning Waterside Leisure Park in Ingoldmells on the Lincolnshire coastline.
The lounge has a large, corner sofa with a fold out double bed that sleeps two people. There is a large flat screen, wall mounted Freeview TV with over 100 channels and DVD player along with a large selection of DVDs for your viewing pleasure.
For all your self-catering needs is a fully fitted kitchen that has all the mod cons including air fryer, kettle, toaster, large full size fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and full size oven and hob. There is a dining area with table and four chairs.
The caravan has full central heating and double glazing along with french doors leading onto a large wraparound veranda with outdoor seating. Ashtrays are also provided outside as smoking/vaping is NOT permitted inside.
The hallway has sunken ceilings with automated lighting built into the ceiling, it is carpeted throughout.
We have a fully fitted master bedroom with en-suite facilities. The caravan has two further twin bedrooms, each with twin beds, wardrobes, mirrors and a very homely feel.
There is a master shower room with toilet, mirrored unit and a large, powerful walk-in shower.
There are games, cards etc, provided for those rainy indoor days as well as the films. There is also a Hairdryer provided in the master bedroom and an iron and ironing board.

About the Area
Waterside Leisure Park is located opposite the infamous Woody’s bar that has fabulous family and adult entertainment during the evening. It serves delicious food and has a great carvery every Wednesday and Sunday. Inside there is a large indoor soft play area and an outdoor play area. Woody’s also have flat screen TVs all around the venue for those unmissable sporting moments.To the right of the park there is Hardy’s Animal Farm where you can see the animals, have tractor rides, there is also a large play area along with food and snacks also available.
Just a little further along is a state of the art trampoline park with an abundance of activities for the family to do, it truly is an amazing experience for all ages. There is a food area serving meals and a viewing area for those who wish to just sit and watch the younger ones play and let off steam.
Turn left out of the park and within just a few minutes’ walk there is an abundance of eateries, shops, bars, amusements and another 15 minute walk along the main road and you’re in the heart of Ingoldmells with all its shops, bars, Fantasy Island with all the rides, attractions and the infamous market area. There is also a snack bar by the side of the tavern serving your fast food burgers, chips, hot dogs etc.
The bus stop is right outside the park and open top bus rides are every 10 minutes, they go all over Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards, and Skegness.
Skegness is only a mere 3.9 miles away, 5 minute car drive with a huge amount of things to do. There is also Chapel St Leonards just a 10 minute walk or few minutes’ drive in the car.
The beach is literally a 5 minute walk away from the caravan. Over the grass by the side of the fishing lake you will find a gate at the bottom, that you access with your fob and walk onto the beach.
The site itself has two fishing lakes where you can fish by obtaining a day or week ticket from the site office. The Waterside tavern have happy hour drinks, bingo and auctions.
