Caravan Description
This 6 berth BK Hallmark holiday home on Walsh's Holiday Park in Skegness, offers 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin), plus a pull-out double bed in the lounge.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment.
In the bathroom there is a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.
Within the lounge you will find a TV with Freeview, DVD player and a CD player/radio.
Outside we have a veranda with chairs to sit out, along with parking for up to two vehicles.
Mains gas and electric is included in the rental price.
Pets welcome: one small, well-behaved dog (small extra charge applies).
NB: Families and mature couples only. Strictly non-smoking within the caravan.
Duvets and pillows are provided. However, you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels.
A £50 non-refundable deposit will secure your booking. The remainder of the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Once the balance has been paid in full, no refund of the caravan rental costs will be paid on cancellation if it is less than 6 weeks to the commencement of your holiday. If it is more than 6 weeks to the commencement of your holiday, a full refund will be given.
A refundable security bond of £50 is also required, which will be refunded following satisfactory inspection on your departure.

Our holiday home is located on the friendly, 4-star family-run Walsh’s Holiday Park. This lovely, quiet site is situated on Roman Bank, Winthorpe, Skegness, a prime location for anyone wanting to explore fabulous Lincolnshire, or just to be local to all the attractions that Skegness and Ingoldmells has to offer.Walsh’s Holiday Park is close to Butlin’s, Winthorpe Beach and North Shore Golf Course, and within easy reach of Fantasy Island, Ingoldmells and Skegness town centre.
Facilities on this beautifully landscaped, well-maintained and managed site include: launderette and laundry hire available (needs to be pre-booked); small amusement arcade; snack bar/take-away; safe green for children to play games with secure fencing around the whole site.
Local amenities include shops, pubs/restaurants and take-aways, as well as a supermarket close by. A regular bus service stops directly outside the site (every 10 minutes in season).
