Caravan Description

Welcome to ‘The Orchards’, our beautifully furnished, pet friendly, home from home!

Our caravan is located on Haven’s Cleethorpes Beach Holiday Park, situated on The Orchards pitch.
Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a large open planned living area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Our van is 8 berth with one main double bedroom, two twin rooms and a small double pull out sofa bed. We have two bathrooms one is an en-suite and the other is the main featuring a shower. Our open planned living and dining area is perfect for those busy mornings making breakfast while keeping the little ones entertained with our all inclusive WI-FI.
After an eventful day sit back and relax on the L shaped sofa while watching all your favourite channels on the Smart TV.
Our enclosed decking area has seating that you can enjoy on those summer days and warm evenings.

We are in the heart of the Haven complex, being only a 2 minute walk to the shop, 5 minute walk to the nearest dog friendly beach and a 10 minute walk from Haven’s main facilities. The park also has a full golf course which is just a 5 minute walk from our pitch.

A bus stop and mini train service stop is located just opposite our caravan, We are not situated on the main road, but in a small cul-de-sac facing a beautiful green with our own car parking spaces for those who have travelled via car.

We have a range of cleaning equipment if you need it, such as a hoover and Flash mop. Other extras include an iron and ironing board; hairdryer; bed guard and a clothing airer to dry your clothes outside on warm days, although we do have plenty of radiator space too. The park also has a launderette where you can wash and dry your clothes on-site.
We have tried to provide everything you may need for your holiday and hopefully it feels like a home from home for you too.

Bedding is provided for all 3 bedrooms and the pull-out sofa bed. The sofa bedding will be provided and placed inside the main wardrobe for you to use at your own leisure.

Please Note
. We DO NOT provide towels or tea towels, so please bring your own.
. We DO NOT include entertainment passes with any booking, but these can be purchased from Haven upon your arrival.

We only allow up to two, well-behaved and house trained dogs in our holiday home. Dogs must be free of fleas and not be in season.
Please ensure you bring blankets and extra towels for your dogs, as we do not allow dogs on the sofa without a blanket.
We DO NOT allow dogs on any of the beds.

We do require £100 Bond to secure your booking. This will be returned to you once your stay has ended and our checks have been made to ensure that our caravan has been left in the same standard as you arrived in.

All final payments must be made within 8 week of the booking date. Any last minute bookings and offers require payment in full including bond.
We do offer a 2 part payment plan for bookings less than 8 weeks away.
Upon booking you pay half of your balance and the remaining 4 weeks before your booking date. (This does not include the bond) The bond must be paid with your first payment.

How to book:
-Simply send an enquiry regarding the dates you would like to book.
- We will then respond via email with a booking form and help you through the easy process of booking your holiday.
- We do advertise on other sites including Facebook, so please don't delay if you would like to book as we do fill up quite quickly
