This is a very nice, clean and privately owned family caravan to let on Cleethorpes Beach Holiday Park (formerly Thorpe Park), situated just 10 minutes from the beach.

Caravan Description
This is a very nice, clean and privately owned family caravan to let on Cleethorpes Beach Holiday Park (formerly Thorpe Park), situated just 10 minutes from the beach.
Our caravan on Cleethorpes Beach Holiday Park offers an open plan lounge, kitchen and diner. Not pictured above, but the lounge will have 50” TV, with internet included via a Vodafone dongle. Cooking facilities include a cooker, small air fryer, microwave and of course, a kettle and toaster.
There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed (one with TV) and one with two single beds. Each bed has a high tog quilt, mattress protector and pillows with protectors on. Sheets and duvet covers are NOT provided, but anyone travelling by train can have a bedding pack if requested.
The main bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet. There’s also a separate toilet with hand basin.
Outside we have a veranda with table and chairs, plus parking for two cars.
A selection of cleaning products is provided for your convenience, including washing up liquid, dishcloths and scourers. A Hoover and other cleaning tools are provided too, along with an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.
We have also provided a selection of extra blankets to cuddle up with on the sofa or add to the beds if chilly.
Although I don’t describe our Cleethorpes Beach caravan as having central heating, there is warm air vent heating in the bedrooms and in the lounge there’s a gas fire. There’s also two portable electric radiators.
The beach is only a 10 minute walk from caravan, and a very well-stocked Spar is less than a 5 minute walk.
Bookings & Conditions
Check-in is 1pm. Check-out is by 10am.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates, which is taken from your final balance.
A security bond of £50 is also required for all bookings, which is returned following your stay as long as the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition, with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

About the Area
Cleethorpes Beach Holiday Park (formerly Thorpe Park) has plenty of on-site facilities, including a large club with bingo and entertainment - the bingo can command excellent prize money. There’s also a swimming pool, various activities, play areas, and a selection of eateries including Burger King, a chippy and pizza place.You need vouchers to use the facilities on site. It is advisable to book swimming sessions online before arrival. Swimming is free.
There’s also a McDonalds, KFC and other eateries within a 5 to 10 minute drive of the park, plus a pub that offers a carvery.
A bus comes on site from the town and the railway station is a 20 minute bus or 15 minute taxi ride away.
