Our new, large, 6 berth caravan was sited on The Grange in Ingoldmells for the 2018 season and offers luxury and comfort in all areas, along with central heating and double glazing and WiFi new for season 2022.

The lounge, kitchen and dining area is open plan, but the dining area is slightly raised to give you that luxury feeling.

In the lounge there is a quality three piece suite, a large top of range electric fire and a 43" TV, Large patio doors open out onto the high spec UPVC veranda.

In the open plan kitchen area there are top quality appliances, a large fridge and freezer under the counter, a microwave, oven and large 5 ring gas hob, along with all crockery, cutlery and utensils etc.


The master bedroom has a king size bed with built-in lights above the bed and a large built-in wardrobe with a TV inside giving loads of storage space, as well as a personal en-suite with a bath. The small bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe and drawers, plus built-in lights above the beds. There is also a large double pull-out bed in the lounge.

In addition to the en-suite there is a separate family shower room with toilet and wash basin, for everyone else and for use during daytime.

Outside, we have a brand new, high spec, UPVC veranda, which is accessed from the lounge patio doors. With lovely rattan furniture, a bench and chairs, it is a good outside area for sitting out enjoying the sun or dining al-fresco.

Parking is available in the 2 car parks at the rear of the caravan, as the caravan is in the centre plot. You must not park on the grass in wet weather.

This is our family holiday home

Location

Our caravan is quite handily located close to shops, pubs and markets, with Tesco just around the corner too. The beach is also just a 10 minute walk up the road.

Just a 10 minute walk past all the shops is Fantasy Island, a large market and lots more shops and clubs that offer bingo!

The Grange Holiday Park itself has the newly built Woody’s Bar for entertainment, along with a play gym, and the food is fantastic. On Sundays they have a carvery that is beautiful.

Just around the corner from the site there is a farm for families to visit, as well as Butlin’s Resort, which has lots on offer for families too, with day passes available.

All of this makes our caravan ideal for a family holiday.
