Caravan Description

For Hire - 3 bedroom, 8 berth holiday caravan with decking at Tattershall Lakes in Lincolnshire; a lovely, well presented holiday caravan on the new area at Tattershall called The Pastures.

The caravan has a large seating area with a dining table, an electric fire, Smart TV, superb Wi-Fi connection, an Xbox 360/DVD player and board games.

There are 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. The main bedroom has a double bed and double wardrobe. The twin rooms each have two single beds and a small wardrobe. All 3 bedrooms have a convector heater.

The caravan has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and complementary tea, coffee and sugar.

The bathroom has a large shower, wash basin, toilet and shelving for toiletries, along with a heated towel radiator. There is also a separate toilet with hand basin.

Outdoors there is a large decking area to the side of the caravan, complete with an outdoor dining table and chairs. There is a coal BBQ too, but you will need to bring your own charcoal.

The caravan is situated in a quiet area of the Park and offers parking for two cars.

A welcome hamper will greet you on your arrival.

Bed linen, hand towels and tea towels are provided, but you will need your own bath towels.

Bookings & Conditions

A £50 deposit secures your booking. Full payment must be received within 8 weeks of your holiday start date.

A £100 damage deposit will also be required, which will be returned once the caravan has been checked following your departure and no loss, damage and/or breakages found, or the need for an excessive clean.

No smoking allowed.

Site passes will be required if you wish to use the facilities on site. These are NOT included in our hire price, but can be purchased on site at a cost of £95 per week off peak, £120 per week peak and £160 per week super peak (special events).
