Caravan Description

2016 Willerby Rio Gold, 3 bedroom caravan for hire on Tattershall Lakes Country Park. With central heating, double glazing and a gas fire in the lounge it is perfect for your next staycation in rural Lincolnshire.

The caravan sleeps 6.

It has one double bedroom with mirror, bedside tables, wardrobe and cupboard above the bed, hairdryer. T.V.

Two twin bedrooms, both have a wardrobe, overhead storage, radiator and mirror.

All bed linen is provided for the number of guests in your booking.

The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and hand basin. There is a separate toilet with hand basin.

There is a 32” Smart TV in the lounge and Wi-Fi is also available.

Nest thermostat

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, including fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, oven, hob and grill, George Foreman and AirFryer. Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. Tea towel and oven glove. Cooking oil, dishcloth, washing up liquid.

Outside there is wrap around decking with patio furniture. You can enjoy the morning sun at the front, then move round to the side to enjoy the afternoon sun.

Tattershall Lakes is situated next to RAF Coningsby, where you can see displays by Typhoons, Hurricanes as well as being home of the Lancaster, Spitfire and Dakotas. You will occasionally experience practice flights including night flying.

Bookings & Conditions

We require a £100 security deposit/bond to secure your booking. This is refundable after your stay when the caravan has been checked for no damage or missing items. Please inform us of any breakages.

Only the named people on the booking form are permitted to stay overnight. Breach of this condition will result in you being asked to leave and NO refund.

If the caravan has been left in a mess or there are stains on the carpet or furniture and this needs extra cleaning, a £25 fee will be deducted from your deposit.


*The remaining balance needs to be paid 6 weeks (i.e. 42 days) prior to your holiday. If your stay is less than 6 weeks before your stay the full balance is due upon booking.
* If the balance has not been made 6 weeks prior to your stay, you will lose your deposit and the booking will be cancelled.
* Payments are to be made by bank transfer

CANCELLATION

If you cancel your booking for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded.

GUEST PASSES

Guest passes are extra, which I can order for you from Away Resorts these are no longer available to purchase from the park. These are per caravan NOT per person.
You can book activities before you purchase your passes. Activities are available 21 days before your stay. Slots are released daily. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment. Swimming slots do go quickly. These give you access to the bars, restaurants, swimming pools, kids playground, entertainment etc.

Due to Covid 19 we cannot guarantee access to all the facilities even with a pass.

Sorry no pets are allowed

We are a non-smoking family, please respect our smoking rules - No smoking or vaping in the caravan or on the decking.

We do NOT have a hot tub.

No disposable BBQs allowed on park.

Check in is from 3pm. Departure is by 10am, so we can clean the caravan for the next guests

The key will be in the key safe box and the code will be sent to you before 3pm on the date of your arrival. Please leave key back in the key safe on departure.



*Important Notes*

* If we enter into another lockdown or travel restrictions put in place because of COVID, you will receive a FULL refund.
* There is an extra charge for some activities.
* Please leave the caravan as you found it. Please take all rubbish to the bins.
* Please make sure all lights are turned off before you leave.
* If you have an Electric car there are 4 charge points outside the guest services and some at the Woodland Village. Please do NOT charge at the caravan as this will invalidate our insurance due to fire risk.
* Make sure all windows are closed.
