Caravan Description

Well presented, central heated and double glazed, 8 berth caravan for hire Sunnymede Caravan Park, set in a very central location opposite Fantasy Island in Ingoldmells.

Included in the hire of our caravan on Sunnymede is FREE private Wi-Fi.

Our caravan has three bedrooms; a master bedroom double bedrooms and two twin bedded rooms. There is also a pull-out double bed in the living area, so 8 guests can be comfortably accommodated.

Quilts and pillows are provided. However, bed linen and towels are NOT provided, so please remember to bring with you.

There is one bathroom and a second additional toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge freezer. All pans, cutlery, utensils, crockery and a dinner set for up to eight people is provided.

Outside we have a large deck with dining set.

In the lounge we have a Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon and Disney+ already installed, ready for you to sign into your own accounts. There’s also an additional HDMI cable for those who want to bring their own TV boxes, such as AppleTV, Firesticks etc.

There is central heating in every room.




Bookings & Conditions

A £50 deposit is required to secure your dates. This will be deducted from your total cost, which is payable in full 28 days before the holiday start date.

A £75 security deposit will also be required, which must be paid before check in. This will be returned the same day as checkout, after the cleaner has completed an inspection and found everything to be in order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

One parking permit is provided, which must be returned back to the caravan when checking out. If not returned, the security deposit will be withheld until it is. If lost, replacement parking permits are £210 (provided by Fantasy Island Group) which you will be required to pay.




Location

Sunnymede Caravan Park isn't a very large site, but is very central, with local shops, bars, restaurants and Fantasy Island only a few minutes’ walk away.

There is a Spar store just as you drive onto the site and a Tesco Extra at the bottom of Sea Lane, which is just a 10-15 minute walk or 2 minute drive. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk.

Skegness is 3 miles away, with regular buses services available.

The best evening entertainment for families with young children would be "Captain Jacks" and "BJ's bar and terrace" as they have live shows.
