Welcome to our beautiful, real home from home ABI St David caravan for hire at Southview Caravan Park in Skegness.

Our 2 bedroom, 6 berth caravan a Southview Caravan Park, is available to rent from March through to January.

It offers a living area and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has ample space to move around the bed, with a good, thick, pocket sprung/memory foam mattress to ensure a good night’s sleep, plus en-suite toilet with wash basin. The twin bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed if preferred.

All mattresses have soft comfy, waterproof protectors on. All bedding in the master have high quality thread count bedding. There is also warm, cosy, brushed cotton bedding for the master and twin beds. We also provide a ‘put you up bed’ for a small child or a travel cot. Clean bedding is provided and made up for your arrival, please bring your own towels.

The living area comprises of the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge has a comfy, fixed corner sofa & chair, and TV. The kitchen has a full size fridge-freezer, a microwave, toaster, air fryer, toasted sandwich maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (which will be clean/flushed through ready for your visit – please remember to take your own pods).

There is a gated side decking as well as a separate front decking overlooking the pond.

We are on a quiet part of the park but only a 2 minute walk to the swimming pool, Boathouse restaurant, the show bar, and all activities, so best of both worlds. There is a small on site shop for essentials or you can take a 2 minute drive down the road to Aldi and M&S food hall and Home Bargains.

If you don’t drive, you can easily walk or get the bus that comes on the park every 15 minutes.

I can also provide some extras on request for special occasions like a cake or decorations for an extra cost.




Bookings & Conditions

A £75 deposit is required to secure your dates.

The initial £75 will then be used as a ‘left as you found it’ security bond. This will be refunded following inspection of the caravan as you depart, as long as no loss, damages and/or breakages have been found or the need for an extensive clean.

Full payment must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to your start date. Late deals must be paid in full upon booking.

Check out is 10am and check in is 3pm.

Weekly instalments are welcome upon request, to help you spread the cost of your holiday.

There is a NO SMOKING policy INSIDE the van, if found that you have this will result in instant loss of bond to provide a deep clean of furniture/carpets. There will be a small sand filled metal bucket outside on the decking provided for cigarette ends, please do not throw them on the plastic decking or floor around the outside of the van.





Location

My holiday caravan on Southview, is situated in a nice, quiet area thus assuring a nice, peaceful stay and safe for the children to play nearby while you sit and watch from the decking area.

We are also close to the swimming pool, gym, Boathouse for food & beer, crazy golf, ice cream parlour and Pizza Hut.

Southview Holiday Park is a Parkdean site, so has plenty to do on site, including a new hub with zip wire, climbing wall, an arts and crafts room and much more. Payable facilities include the showbar entertainment and swimming, so you will need passes. These can be obtained at the park’s main reception.

Being open until 3rd January, Southview Holiday Park is ideal for winter breaks, Christmas breaks and New Year breaks in Skegness.

A daily bus runs every 15/20 minutes, which comes onto the park. This will take you to Skegness, Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards and Mablethorpe, so you can enjoy all the attractions Skegness has to offer for fantastic day trips out, so you can leave the car at the caravan for the day!
