A 2021 ABI Windermere static caravan with double glazing and central heating is our home away from home. It is available for you to hire at Parkdean Resorts’ Southview Leisure Park in Skegness.

Caravan Description
Our home away from home, is available with all the essentials and a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher! You're all set to enjoy yourselves and just start having fun.
With 3 bedrooms, a master, two twin rooms and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, this caravan can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. The master and one of the twin bedrooms have a TV.
The caravan boasts 2 toilets, so there will be no queuing!
We have full double glazing and central heating, so being cold will not be a problem and during the summer warmer months you can enjoy sitting out on the decking.
If the weather isn't up to much then we have a selection of DVDs and games to keep you occupied.
Parking is also available right in front of the caravan for two cars.
Location
We are situated in a great part of the park on Southview Leisure Park, within 2 minutes from the caravan you have the show bar, in about 3 minutes you have the shop, swimming pool and boathouse pub and a 5 minute walk will take you to the activities centre.
The activities centre has lots on offer, you won't be short of things to do - from hiring go karts, climbing the high ropes and the climbing wall to a round of crazy golf. Passes will be required to book these and are available to purchase from reception.
If you want to go to the seafront and don't want to take the car or don't drive, then that's not a problem, with the bus stop being less than 2 minutes from the front door, just hop on and enjoy the ride!
