Lodge Description
The is a luxurious, ABI Harrogate, 2 bedroom Lodge for hire on Southview Holiday Park, measuring 41’ x 20’. It also boasts a very high specification.
Outside we have parking for 2 cars.
The lodge has a full length decking to the one side, along with a massive 24’ x 10’ area to the front, overlooking a pond.
As you walk into the lodge you enter a hallway where you can store your shoes and coats. Straight opposite is the utility room, which is fitted with a sink unit and washing machine.
The full family bathroom includes a shower.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and lots of storage. It also has an en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and full walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has two full size single beds, along with lots of storage.
As you walk into the kitchen/lounge area, the kitchen units are on your left. It is fitted with a full cooker and hob; a fridge freezer; microwave; kettle and toaster etc. There’s also a breakfast bar, plus table and chairs with seating for 6.
A Velux window in the vaulted ceiling, ensure plenty of extra light.
The lounge area has a very nice 3 seater sofa and a 2 seater sofa, which converts into a sofa bed. Walk out of the patio doors onto the large decking area.
