Caravan Description

2 bedroom, fully refurbished Willerby Cottage holiday caravan to rent from 10th March through to 3rd January .
My caravan is available to rent on Southview Holiday Park, it offers a central living area and 2 bedrooms 1 to either end of the holiday caravan, allowing maximum privacy.

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with toilet,& wash basin, same as the twin bedroom has its own en suite shower , toilet & wash basin so no waiting around for the kids to get ready . The master room has ample space to move around the bed, with a good 12” thick, pocket sprung mattress to ensure a good night’s sleep. The other end bedroom offers 2 full size, 3ft single beds with 12” thick mattresses, plus ample space to get ready . Sleeps 4 + 1 . i provide a ‘put you up bed ‘ for smaller child or a travel cot-provided - please ask !

The central living area comprises of the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge has a comfy. freestanding corner sofa, TV, DVD player and in-park Wi-Fi (subscription may be needed ). The kitchen has a full size, under counter fridge and freezer, a microwave, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine (which will be clean/ flushed through ready for your visit – please remember to take your own pods). Throws are provided for the sofa for your dog – these MUST be used.

There is a gated 23’ x 8’ decking to the caravan, complete with seating.

Bookings & Conditions

A £75 deposit is required to secure your dates.

Full payment must be received no later the 4 weeks prior to your start date. Late deals must be paid in full upon booking . Check out is 10am and check in is 3pm

The initial £75 will then be used as a ‘left as you found it’ security bond. This will be refunded following inspection of the caravan as you depart, as long as no loss, damages and/or breakages have been found or the need for an extensive clean . There is a NO SMOKING policy INSIDE the van , this will result in instant loss of bond to provide a deep clean of furniture / carpets , there will be a small sand filled metal bucket outside on the decking provided for cigarette ends , please do not throw them on the plastic decking or floor around the outside of the van.

Weekly instalments are welcome upon request, to help you spread the cost of your holiday.

Location

Southview Holiday Park is located on Burgh Road in Skegness . My holiday caravan on Southview, is situated in a nice, quiet oval comprising of only 18 caravans, thus assuring a nice and peaceful stay and safe for the children to play nearby while you sit and watch from the rattan seated decking area . We are also close to the swimming pool, gym, Boathouse for food & beer, crazy golf, ice cream parlour and Pizza Hut.

Southview Holiday Park is a Parkdean site, so has plenty to do on site, including a new hub with high zip wire, climbing wall, an arts and crafts room and much more. Payable facilities include the showbar entertainment and swimming, so you will need passes. These can be obtained at Park’s the main reception, or i can include in your booking / holiday price for peace of mind ( please ask at the time of booking i may be able to ‘loan’ passes at a reduced fee) . I am always on site so happy to help with any questions/ problem while u enjoy your stay in my holiday home .

Being open until 3rd January, Southview Holiday Park is ideal for winter breaks, Christmas breaks and New Year breaks in Skegness.

A daily bus runs every 15/20 minutes, which comes onto the park. This will take you to Skegness, Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards and Mablethorpe. It is fantastic for day trips out, so you can leave the car at the caravan for the day!
