This lovely 3 bedroom residential specificiation mini lodge at Southview Holiday Park in Skegness is situated in a quiet area of the park overlooking a duck pond.
It also benefits from having a south facing, secure and gated, wraparound decking with dining furniture making it perfect for having your breakfast whilst watching the ducks waddle about in the pond or chill with a glass of wine in the evening whilst watching the sun go down.
Our mini lodge on Southview Holiday Park in Skegness comprises:
Kitchen area with fully integrated appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and dining table and chairs.
A comfortable lounge area with two settees and TV, plus patio doors opening out onto the decking area.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table, along with an en-suite with shower, WC and wash basin.
The second bedroom with twin single beds has a wardrobe and dressing table.
The third bedroom with twin single beds (small singles) has a wardrobe and additional storage
Bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin.
This mini lodge is fully double glazed and has mains gas, electric and water included.
Parking space for one car at the side of the property.
This well-equipped holiday home has everything you could need for your stay.
For your added peace of mind the caravan will be fully cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We DO NOT use the park's cleaning fleet so you can be assured your holiday home will be cleaned to a very high standard.
£75 deposit required to secure your booking with balance due 6 weeks before holiday starts.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
We do not accommodate groups of under 25's, hen/stag parties or batchelor/batchelorette groups.
The lead guest must be at least 25. We reserve the right to request photo ID at the time of booking and/or check-in.
Beds are made up on arrival but please bring your own towels.
