Privately owned, double holiday lodge with veranda for hire on Southview Holiday Park in Skegness, situated on a quiet 'premium plus' end pitch overlooking a beautiful pond.

There’s also a small children’s park nearby.

Quilt and pillows are provided, but you will need to supply own bed linen and towels.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer, full size gas oven with grill, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Utility with Washer/dryer.


The lounge area has an electric fire,2 armchairs, 2 free standing sofas (one of which is a double pull-out bed) and a 50" flat screen TV with DVD player, along with a selection of DVDs.

Within the family bathroom is a bath with overhead shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.

The two bedrooms comprise one twin room with two full size single beds, tv, dressing tableand walk in wardrobe. master bedroom with queen size bed, TV, dressing table, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. This includes a shower plus heated towel rail.

Parking for 2 cars.

Free Wi-Fi.
Free internet access is available in the on site pub 'The boathouse'.

Bookings & Conditions

Southview Holiday Park states no single sex parties are allowed. Failure to comply will result in being asked to leave with no refund offered.

A non- refundable deposit of £100 is payable to secure your booking. The remainder of the balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your stay.

We also require £100 security deposit, payable with your balance, £30 of this is for a post check out security check.
The remainder £70 will be refunded within 7-10 days of your departure, provided the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no breakages, loss and/or damage.

Check in time is 3pm. Check out is by 10am on your day of departure.

Southview Holiday park is a Parkdean Resort in Skegness, Lincolnshire.

- Showbar with day and evening entertainment, including kids’ troopers and characters, bingo, arcade, snack bar and bar

- The Boathouse - on site pub that serves breakfast, lunch and evening meals. It also offers a snooker table and outdoor seating area with park and outdoor bar
