Caravan Description

Our gold graded caravan is situated in a lovely peaceful spot overlooking a small duck pond on the 5* Southview Leisure Park in Skegness.

The caravan is double glazed and has gas central heating, with the added bonus of an electric fire in the lounge. All gas and electric is included in the price.

The caravan sleeps up to 6 persons. It has one large double bedroom with en-suite toilet and sink, also a double fitted wardrobe to accommodate larger families. The two smaller twin rooms each have two single beds with a small wardrobe and drawers to put a small amount of clothes in.

There is a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and cupboard for toiletries.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, pans, crockery and cutlery - all the things you will need to make your holiday as relaxed as you can.

There is a small dining area with a table and 4 chairs for you to sit and have your meals at if you wish to.

In the lounge there is plenty of seating for all the family. There is also a TV with Freeview and separate DVD player, along with a selection of DVDs to watch at your leisure.

Outside we have a decking that wraps itself around the caravan and includes an outside table, chairs and umbrella for you to use. There is also a tarmacked area to the side of the caravan, for two cars to park on.

We have a fire extinguisher, plus smoke and carbon monoxide alarms to ensure your safety in our caravan.

We also provide an iron and ironing board, a hoover, extra blankets, extra heaters and fans for you to use if needed. A baby highchair and carry cot can be provided if required, but we must be informed at time of booking so we can arrange for them to be in the caravan when you arrive.

Duvets, pillows, sheets and duvet covers are provided. However, if you wish to bring your own or have any allergies please let us know when you are booking with us.

Towels can be provided at an extra cost, but are not to be used outside of the caravan. These cost £5 per person for one set of towels (small and large) and £10 per person for three sets of towels (small and large) over a one week period - please inform us when you are booking if you require these.

Bookings & Conditions

The maximum occupancy of the caravan is 6 persons.

Groups of single sex parties are not permitted (site rules). Families and couples only.

Lead name must be over 21 years old and details of all party members must be provided to the owner.

Pets are allowed as it is a pet friendly site. There is a small charge for this (£25 per pet) to cover cleaning costs. We ask that you do not allow your pets on the furniture. In all events, we must be advised if you wish to bring your pet.

The whole of the caravan is non-smoking - please respect this. If evidence of smoking is found, monies will be deducted from your deposit to cover damage/cleaning costs.

A £50 booking fee is required to secure your booking and must be paid straight away. This is non-refundable if cancelled, but will be deducted from the total cost of the holiday when paid in full 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.

Failure to pay the monies or cancel the booking means you lose the booking fee.

A £70 security deposit is required in every case. With every booking this will be refunded to you if you have left the caravan in a clean and tidy state and free from any loss, damage or breakages.

If you do break anything, we ask that you inform us straight away so that we can get it fixed or replaced as soon as possible and charge you correctly for the item.
Payments are accepted by bank transfer or PayPal.

The caravan can also be hired for shorter breaks and over Christmas and New Year - please contact us for more details.
