Caravan Description
Our pet-friendly caravan at Southview Holiay Park benefits from gas central heating and double glazing, so is nice and comfy whatever the weather.
The caravan has two bedrooms and sleeps six guests. The main bedroom has a double bed with memory foam mattress, fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging space, plus a travel cot. The second bedroom has two single beds, each with memory foam mattress, along with a fitted wardrobe with plenty of hanging space
Within the lounge is a wraparound sofa, incorporating a double sofa bed, a coffee table, Smart TV with DVD player, plus a selection of DVDs for both children and adults. Wi-Fi is also available.
The kitchen diner includes a table with seating for 7, a gas cooker, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, air fryer and slow cooker, along with all pots, pans, cookware, crockery, utensils and cutlery you could need.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
Outside we have a wraparound veranda with dining area, complete with rattan furniture. There is also a shed with a washer, plus a mobility scooter that is available for hire at an additional cost. We also have a shower chair, baby bath, bikes, scooters and games for kids.
Bookings & Conditions
On booking, a £100 deposit will be required to secure your dates. The full holiday cost must be paid 6 weeks before your holiday start date.
The initial deposit will then be used as your security deposit, which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked following your departure as long as it has been left in a clean and tidy condition with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.
Payment plans are available.
Dogs are welcome. However each dog will incur an additional cost of £25 per stay.
One night stays are available, but an additional £25 cleaning fee will be added to the cost of your holiday.
Prices include complimentary tea, coffee, juice, FREE parking and FREE Wi-Fi.
Passes for the Park entertainment are NOT included in our rental price.
