Our double glazed and gas central heated caravan for hire on Southview Leisure Resort in Skegness, is a lovely relaxing place to enjoy your holiday.
This lovely caravan at Southview, is clean and tidy with seaside decorations to get you in the mood for a relaxing holiday. It also boasts beautiful views.
The caravan has three bedrooms and benefits from having two toilets, one with a shower and wash basin and the other with a hand basin.
There is a standard size kitchen diner that’s fully equipped for all your holiday needs.
The medium sized living space includes a Freeview TV and comfortable seating.
Wi-Fi is available at an additional cost – please ask to have it with your booking as an add on.
To get your entertainment passes you would need to ask at reception and you be required to pay a fee as you arrive.
If you have any issues during your stay please contact reception where they will assist on the matter, and know what they would need to do, even if you need more Gas etc.
CUSTOMER NOTICE: Please note that when booking your stay with us that we are only taking booking on the following:
Friday - Monday (weekend stay) or Monday- Friday. If you are wanting last minute bookings that is fine but please could you allow me more time as I would need to let the owners know that there is a booking, then they will be able to get the caravan all set up for your stay. I would like a weeks notice on last minute stays due to the relevant people like the owners and cleaner know.

Your deposit you pay will be your bond to secure your booking, however this will be refundable 2-5 days after your stay. If when you leave and there is any damage or broken content that was not there when you arrive this deposit would be to get the damaged or broken content fixed or replaced.
when you have booked your holiday and you have confirmed you deposit you will need to contact me to require a code for the caravan keys.

About the Area
Our caravan for hire on Southview Leisure Resort in Skegness, boasts beautiful views.There is an entertainment building located at the front of the site to the left of the security gate, where you can enjoy the entertainment shows from the reps. Located inside the building is a lovely arcade and gift shop, which also sells sweet treats. Just outside the building there is a little playground where children can play and let off steam.
If you like fishing, there is a big lake at the front of the site, and a big lake with geese, swans and ducks.
There is an on-site shop if you have forgotten any essentials on your holiday.
You can also enjoy swimming and enjoy a good splash with your little ones in the swimming pool.
There is the Boathouse Restaurant, where you can get for breakfast, or enjoy a relaxing meal and drink, there is also an outdoor seating area and park with swings and a slide.
Our caravan is a 10 minute drive (depending on traffic) from the sea front, if you want a beach day with your little ones, and also the town of Skegness.
