Caravan Description

Our Willerby Huey Diamond, 2018 model holiday caravan for hire on Laver Leisure’s Seaview Holiday Park, is double glazed, central heated with temperature control and underfloor insulated.

This luxury, 6 berth caravan on Seaview Holiday Park in Ingoldmells, Skegness, comprises:

. Open plan living room with 32” LCD TV, separate DVD player with a selection of DVDs, two separate free-standing sofas (one with double pull-out bed) and a radiator

. Dining area (open plan) with table and chairs

. Fully equipped kitchen with large integrated fridge freezer, full size cooker with grill, a microwave, kettle, toaster and all the utensils required, which are new

. Bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, under sink unit and a towel radiator

. Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table with drawers and a radiator

. Twin bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and radiator

. Outside, a veranda with light

Seaview Holiday Park is situated close to the sea front, Fantasy Island and the markets. On site is a laundrette, but due to its proximity, all amenities are very close by.



Bookings & Conditions

Our caravan is ONLY available to families and couples -.

Unfortunately, NO pets will be permitted.

NO smoking allowed.

Duvets and all pillows are provided, including mattress and pillow protectors - please leave these in place. You will need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases and all towels needed for your stay.

A £50 non-refundable deposit will be required to book your stay (£100 per week in the summer 6 weeks).

Full payment of the balance, must be paid no later than 5 weeks before the holiday start date.

A £50 security bond will also be required, which applies to all weeks. This will be returned after the caravan has been inspected by the cleaners and everything found to be in order, with the caravan being left as found and with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.


Cancellations

If the holiday is cancelled by the renter with more than 5 weeks left before the holiday start date, only the £50 non-refundable deposit will not be refunded.

If the holiday is cancelled by the renter with less than 5 weeks left before the holiday start date, only the £50 security bond will be refunded.

We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover yourself if you have to cancel a holiday close to the arrival date.

Non-refundable deposits, outstanding balance and security bonds can be paid by either cheque or bank transfer.
