Caravan Description
Our comfortable, 6 berth caravan on Promenade Caravan Park, is perfectly located close to all amenities and the park’s direct access to the beach.
There are two bedrooms, one double and two twin bedded rooms, plus a double sofa bed in the lounge. All beds will be made up ready for your arrival.
We do not provide towels or tea towels etc., so please remember to bring with you.
One small dog is allowed per booking – please contact for breed acceptability.
Bookings & Conditions
Although some dates have been input into our ‘Price & Availability’ list as Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday, we are more than happy to change these to full weeks where possible – please contact us. Don't see your date on our list? Message us we will be happy to help
Sorry, no stag or hen parties permitted - couples and families only.
A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking. The full rental cost must be paid 4 weeks before the commencement of your holiday.
Your initial £100 deposit will then be held as a security deposit, which will refunded once our cleaners have checked the caravan and found no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.
We are operating a self-check-in method, with codes provided on the day of your arrival (by 4pm).

The site has a shop, café and laundrette for public and renter use.
Situated on Roman Bank, Promenade Caravan Park in Ingoldmells is close to shops, takeaways, arcades and restaurants, with direct beach access from the Park too. On Promenade Caravan Park there is a small shop, café and launderette.
Fantasy Island is just a 5 minute walk away.
Should you wish to venture further afield, there is a bus stop just outside the Park entrance, with services direct to Skegness.
