The Paddock is a pet friendly, 5 bedroom house, set an ideal place to enjoy time with extended family, as well as a great base from which to explore the many local attractions.
Enjoy the peace and tranquility of this large, spacious house, with its 3 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, and 2 twin bedded rooms that share one shower room.
This very well-equipped, pet friendly house for holiday lets near Chapel St Leonards, Skegness, has an 85" Smart TV in the large, comfortable lounge, which is an ideal place for family evenings together. It also boasts a Smart TV in every room, complete with Netflix and Sky package.
The games room provides plenty of fun and competition, with a pool table, darts, skittles, air hockey, a punch bag machine and a selection of arcade games.
Outside in the privately enclosed area, is a large swim spa/hot tub, summer room and well-equipped gym.
Bookings & Conditions
A 10% deposit is required to secure your dated. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
We will also hold a bond of £500 against damages and additional cleaning costs, but this is fully refundable as long as the house is left in good order.
Up to 2 pets are allowed at an additional cost of £30 each.
Bed linen and towels are included.

Sloothby is close to Chapel St Leonards and just 10 miles from the seaside resort of Skegness.Mablethorpe, Alford, Sutton on Sea, Ingoldmells, Fantasy Island and Butlin’s Resort, are all within a short drive.
Hogsthorpe, Welton and Willoughby are just 3 miles in either direction, where you’ll find plenty of pubs with restaurants. Shops and a Post Office are also within 3 miles.
Further afield is Lincoln and Boston with their historic buildings and churches.
Lincolnshire Wildlife Park, Hardy's Animal Farm and The Wolds Wildlife Park, are all local to The Paddock.
