Caravan Description
I have a 3 bedroom, 35ft x 10ft Carnaby Siesta caravan for hire on Millfields Caravan Park in Ingoldmells, near Skegness.
It has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, also a shower room.
In the comfortable and cosy living area there is a TV with Freeview and built-in DVD player, along with a selection of DVDs for your use. The dining area is traditional and is part of the living area as you will see in the photos.
The kitchen includes a microwave and fridge, plus all cooking utensils needed to make your stay a home from home. There is also a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and cleaning materials provided.
Outside there is a gated veranda for you to sit out on and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, bed linen, towels and tea towels.
Alternatively, for an extra £10 per booking all beds will be made up ready for your arrival, with freshly laundered linen, and 1 bath sheet and 1 hand towel provided per person; tea towels also provided.
Just bring your luggage and yourself!
Bookings & Conditions
I have a strict no smoking policy in the caravan so please smoke outside (thank you).
No same sex groups allowed; families and couples only.
A £50 per week, non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your holiday. The balance of the holiday must be paid in full within 4 weeks of the holiday start date.
A £50 security bond will also be required, which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked and everything found to be in order.
Long weekend and short break bookings considered, but not during the 6 week summer holidays. Please email me with dates required for a quote and to check availability.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on the site and you must be a responsible dog owner and 'pick up the poop' when required.

About the Area
Millfields Caravan Park itself doesn't have anything on it, but it is within walking distance of Butlin's Resort and close to all amenities and a main bus route to Fantasy Island and Skegness.It gives you the freedom to enjoy leisure time to the full and provide a chance to relax away from the pressures of town and city.
Opposite the entrance to Millfields is Skegness Water & Leisure Park where you can access fishing, water sports, the shop, a bar with live entertainment in the season, a children's playground, hairdressers and many other activities; all only a few minutes' walk away.
Places worth a visit in the local area include:
Hardy's Animal Farm in Ingoldmells. There’s lots to do here; spend time feeding and stroking the animals - a proper farm selection of goats, horses, cows, pigs and sheep and many more. There's also a nice tractor-pulled trailer ride and a soft play area for your little ones. Why not have a picnic outside? This is a great fun and we would thoroughly recommend it.
Fantasy Island Theme Park. Best value is the wristband!!! All rides are well run and queues managed well. Best off all is it has a huge indoor area with pubs and food, plus the largest market I've ever seen!
Other Local places to enjoy include Laser Quest, Natureland Seal Sanctuary, Skegness Pier, Aquarium, Skegness Stadium, Skegness Bowl, Tower Cinema and Butlin's Resort to name a few.
