This is our lovely, comfortable, 2017 ABI Oakley caravan to hire at Mablethorpe Caravan & Chalet Park in Mablethorpe, complete with gas central heating & double glazing.

Caravan Description
This is our lovely, comfortable, 2017 ABI Oakley caravan to hire at Mablethorpe Chalet and Caravan Park in Lincolnshire.
The shower room has a shower, hand basin and WC.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a built-in microwave, toaster, kettle, gas oven and hob, an iron and ironing board, plus all cutlery and utensils you may need.
In the lounge there is comfortable seating, seating around the table, a 43” Smart TV and Blu-Ray player, plus some DVDs for you to use. There is also a lovely electric fire with changing colour surround for those cooler days. There is also some games for the kiddies.
The hallway leads to the shower room, WC with hand basin and the three bedrooms.
The double/master bedroom benefits from having an en-suite WC with a hand basin, fitted wardrobes, TV and a hairdryer.
Thw two twin bedrooms also have built-in storage. Travel cot, bed guard and high chair are available at no extra cost if required.
We supply all bedding for your stay and all beds are made up fro your arrival, but we don't supply towels or tea towels.
Complementary tea, coffee, sugar and treats for your furbabies are provided.
It has secure side decking with table and chairs so you can sit out with a cuppa or glass of wine to relax
We do ask for a £50 deposit when booking. This will be returned if no loss, damage and/or breakages are found after your stay.
We offer payment plans if that's easier for you as long as the full balance is paid 4 weeks before your stay,
A £60 deposit is required when booking this acts as your damage care bond which you will recieve back after the caravan has been checked for any damages and left clean and tidy

£25 per medium dog or £35 up to two small dogs.
Location
Mablethorpe Caravan & Chalet Park is a lovely pet friendly site, there is a lovely clubhouse where you can enjoy a drink and lovely food, they have Sky Sports, a small arcade with pool table and air hockey. There is also a children’s arcade and a play area for the children to play in.
The beach is only 10 minutes from the Park, over the dunes. Just a 10 - 15 minute walk away are the main attractions. The Seal Sanctuary is at end of Quebec Road. At the end of Links Avenue there is a fun train you can catch to the town centre. The Beck is a very good place for food, serving an excellent carvery.

About the Area
The lovely, pet friendly beach is only a 5 min walk from the site over the dunes.Main attractions are around a 20 min walk from the site or you can catch the land train or bus that picks up and drops off at the top of Links Avenue.
You can also catch a bus that takes you to Skegness, there are plenty of local attractions around the site:

*Farmer Brown's ice cream parlour, they also serve meals, teas and coffees along with soft drinks. In the summer months you can pick your own strawberries, these are delicious!
