Chalet Description

Welcome to Oak Leaf chalet; our Atlanta chalet, which has double glazing, insulated walls and new flooring.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NOT A FIXED PRICE FOR MOST DATES SO PLEASE ASK FOR PRICES AS WE ARE VERY COMPETITIVE.
It is a four berth chalet with a double bedroom and twin bedroom. The double bedroom has a wardrobe, two bedside cabinets and a flat screen TV on the wall, the twin bedroom has bunk beds and a wardrobe. Both rooms have oil heaters and are newly decorated.
Quilts, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. You will just need to bring your own sheets and covers. LINEN MAY BE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST PLEASE ASK
The lounge area is fully decorated and furnished to a high standard. There is a 3 seater sofa, a coffee table, an electric convector fire, large wall-mounted flat screen TV with Freeview and a new fold out table with four chairs.
New flooring has been fitted in the lounge and all rooms newly painted in 2024
The kitchen has full size modern unit, solid wood worktop, two full size under counter cupboards, full size drawers, a wall cabinet, ceramic hob a microwave grill, a slow-cook pot, toaster, kettle and fridge. There is a water heater under the sink, which provides you with instant hot water.
The shower room has a large shower tray and is a full size shower room on its own. The toilet is modern and was new in 2023
There is an entrance hallway with coat hooks. An iron and ironing board are also provided. Which are in the double bedroom
For your added peace of mind, the chalet has a fire blanket/extinguisher and is fitted with smoke detectors in both bedrooms and main living room And has full health and safety/fire risk assessments
The chalet has a real home from home feel and French doors that lead to a grassed area. We also have the facility to park a car outside chalet.
There has been outside lighting installed to the rear, which is great at night outdoors.
Electric is taken from your bond. There is a smart meter in the chalet so you can see what you have used.
The chalet is deep cleaned prior to your stay by park approved cleaner

Please note: A £50 bond is required with all bookings which is in addition to the cost of your holiday, this will be refunded within 7 days when your holiday is finished, once the keys have been returned and when the cleaner has cleaned and checked for any accidental damage.
We allow small well behaved, house trained pets at an additional small cost.
It is a lovely area and loads of places to visit.

About the Area
On Mablethorpe Chalet Park you will find a tavern, café, play area, amusement arcade launderette and reception.The beach is a very short walk just across the road and through the dunes. There is also a local cinema just a 5-minute walk away, along with local shops. There is a land train on the main road and on the beach, which is exceptionally clean and vast.
Areas of interest include the seal sanctuary, which is a short walk away, and Donna Nook famous for the seals that take over the reserve to have their pups, which can be seen in their thousands from October onwards.
The town centre is within walking distance too and historic towns such as Louth, Boston, Lincoln etc. are nearby.
