This is a 4 berth caravan with 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. There is also a travel cot if needed.
In the kitchen there is a full size, under counter fridge with top freezer, a full size gas cooker and a microwave.
A TV with Freeview is provided in the lounge.
The bathroom has a shower/bath, a toilet and sink.
There are electric heaters in all rooms.
Outside we have a side veranda with bench.
Gas and electric is included.
We do allow 1 small dog.

About the Area
Our caravan is situated on Mablethorpe Chalet Park; a family friendly site. On site there is a shop, chip shop, cafe and laundrette, along with a family friendly club, arcade and play area.The beach is 5 minute walk away where you will find golden sands. There is also a sand train and donkey rides.
Just 400 yards up the road is a seal and nature sanctuary. The town is 5 minutes drive, or its on a bus route. Here you will find the usual seaside attractions, including a funfair.
Only 5 minutes walk is a two screen cinema.
At Queens Park there is a boating lake and a mini railway.
