Caravan Description
Our caravan is 35ft by12ft complete with UPVC double glazing, our caravan for hire on Happy Days Holiday Park
The Lounge is lovely, bright all around seating plus gas fire and 42” Smart TV.
The kitchen has as full size cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dual air fryer, George Forman grill and slow cooker, and is fully equipped with all utensils, crockery and cookware.
There is a door separating the living area from the three bedrooms and the toilet and shower area.
There is Blow heating in all bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and overbed storage. The second bedroom has double bed, wardrobe and overbed storage. The third bedroom has twin single beds and overbed storage. Quilts and pillows are provided, but please remember to bring your own sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and wash basin, while the separate toilet has a hand basin.
Outside we have a full-length veranda, complete with table and chairs.

Sorry, our caravan is NOT pet friendly.
Electric vehicle charging at the caravan is strictly forbidden. Anyone found charging electric vehicles at the caravan, will be asked to leave immediately with NO refund given.
ALL park rules must be adhered to. Anyone found to be threatening or aggressive to other holiday makers or park staff, will be asked to leave, with NO refund given.

About the Area
Situated on Happy Days Holiday Park in Chapel St Leonard, our caravan is situated close to the on-site amenities, as well as the beach (5 minute walk). On site is an outdoor heated swimming pool, with passes. However, if the passes are lost, there will be a charge of £20 to replace! There’s also Archer’s pub with outside play area, entertainment, bingo and Sky Sport.Next door is Happy Days Club, entry to which is chargeable for adults at weekends, but children go free. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance too.
Just half a mile away (10-15 minute walk) is Chapel St Leonards.
Along the nearby beach is a lovely bar to stop at, called Admiral Benbow.
For more adventure you could walk to the North Sea Observatory Centre, for a drink and something to eat.
In the opposite direction is Ingoldmells and Fantasy Island (30 minute walk along the beach or 5 to 10 minute drive). Skegness is a 10 to 15 minute drive away.
There is a bus stop just a 2 minute walk from the Park, with services to all of the above and Mablethorpe.
Also close by is a trampoline park, Hardys Animals Farm and a donkey sanctuary.
